Results speak for themselves. Good stuff. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  2. Hybrid plant named -''Bubblegum'' Seems to be leaning more towards the indica side. Beans were a gift from a friend. Uber Dense colas, oddly scented almost like vicks vapo rub.[emoji14] (And she is making me work for it cause the spidermites like this one.) Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  3. Howzit, Seems the Vanilla Kush Cookies are a bit slower out of the gates. I'll leave them in the pad for another 24hrs and check for progress. After 24hrs they're going into the soil irrespective to let Mother Nature do her thing. Cheers Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  4. Morning 420SA Got some tap root action happening this am. The Big Cookie Birds exploded with vigour in comparison. Good signs[emoji3] 02.10.19 transferred to 10lit bags for eventual sexing. There after 30lit final bags or maybe 60lit pots[emoji12] (Also playing with the idea of transplanting into soil...[emoji48]) Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Good stuff. Great to hear it's working, it's cool when members help each other out with problems like this. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  6. Hello Vanessa, This forum is awesome for trouble shooting as there are many experienced growers, growing in a variety of mediums and circumstances. That said you need to give us a bit more info on your grow as cannabis can be finicky sometimes. And you do get dud seeds. 1. Strain if known 2. Germination method 3. Indoor/outdoor 4. Grow Medium 5. Watering schedule 6. Nutrients Cheers Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  7. Evening 420SA Been having some problems replying on other members' threads. Seems I'm not the only one, Smellyjoe has had similar probs. Sofar this is when I comment on CREX and IGROWDAGGA'S threads. Please see attached screenshot. What's is the problem? Is it a members privacy setting? Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  8. Morning Growers. Here goes.... 29.09.19 Beans were Pre-soaked in tap water for 18hrs. 30.09.19 Transferred to pads for germination. Awesome stuff[emoji3] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  9. Morning 420SA 29.09.19 Pre-soaked the beans in tap water for 18hrs. 30.09.19 Transferred to pads for germination. Using a heatsource to assist as ambient temps are a bit low. Lekker Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  10. I wouldnt mind at all.[emoji3] It's cool even though it isn't neccesary or required. But it will assist in getting the competitive juices flowing and incentivizing the growers to follow through to completion with their diaries. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

  13. Cool, yeah I have gone walk about with a bucket and spade before. It really relaxing actually, except the looks from passersby, they must think I'm bonkers[emoji16][emoji23] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  14. Flippen amazing. The little thing survived and is now being resuscitated. Talk about the will to live. I want to see them buds[emoji41] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  15. Evening, Yeah that sounds very similar to what I'm using. Keep us updated on the results please. For PM I'm trying the ph swing- dose with acidic and then alkaline. Only started so jury is still out on efficacy. For nasties with more than 2 legs... Currently using a clove mix. Pretty good results on spidermites thrips and aphids. Cloves, garlic and Italian herbs (rosemary, thyme) with soap as wetting agent. It's cheap to make, pretty safe to use/biodegradable and plants don't suffer. I have used a peppermint oil spray previously, it didn't have the desired effect on mites. The clove and tobacco mix is also pretty good. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  16. Started a batch yesterday and fed the ladies this morning as the tea helps plants recover from stress. We had a big bloody storm, blew for 2 days, nearly lost the grow house. Our plants are looking worse for wear but no serious damage. Busy with a seaweed fertilizer brew, hoping it will be a good addition as well. But still 2mnths to go. Lots of minerals and micro nutes. Cheers Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  17. Morning fellow Greenfingers, Been a helluva time the last 2 weeks. Kept busy with the outdoor prep for the@Totemic[emoji3] Chocolope and other little projects. Thanks to mister@Dank[emoji3] Had a really kak storm with winds around 80km/h pumping the last 2 days, nearly lost the grow house. Luckily only a few broken branches here and there. 1&2. Another Mango lady bringing the good stuff. 3. Big sativa lady with such a sour tang to her buds. Long ways to go still. 4. Latest gen of Mango ladies with nice big white flowers. 5. My Mango boy doing his thing to ensure the next generation of my Fruity Mango strain. 6.Trying my hand at a seaweed extract/ fertilizer. 2mnths to go. Cheers vir eers. 18. Morning, Glad to see more brewers around...[emoji482] That vortex brewer is pretty cool. Always looking for ideas on teas Got a standard recipe, but have added some stuff. Compost/ewc, molasses, seagrow, moringa powder. Have used oats on the odd occasion. I also add the ''root ball'' of any harvested plant to the mix and let it brew for 24hrs. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  19. Nice fat colas. Looks good, must smell awesome.[emoji16] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  20. There is merit in this technique. Branches that have broken or snapped accidently or via my lst/hst and have healed, sometimes develop extra trichomes on the buds. They are obviously more sugary. The plant ''over compensates'' to heal itself, but be carefull not to go overboard as you could hermie the plant. The capacity to ''handle'' stress training seems quite strain dependant. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  21. Howzit, Prawnapple Here are my thoughts. 1. Hermie- can see pistils and balls 2. Male- only balls 3. Female- only pistils Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  22. Cool,@Dank Awesome thanks. Got a max height of 2.4m(incl pot) in the house. RH and temps is going to be high in summer 70% avg 35deg, but ventilation is good. (Extra shade being sorted allready) No sign of pm/rot issues just yet, touch wood.[emoji16] (got guns for that too) Cheers Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  23. Maybe the mods can have a look. I'm not into IT. Could be a setting or something?? Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  24. Yeah, have been experiencing the same problem. I can like a post but I can't reply. (don't have permission?) I'm using Tapatalk mostly and it can be problematic... Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
