  1. Got a few favorites from the past year. Devil Cream Auto by Sweet Seeds Selected for uniqueness. Terps are an unusual floral citrus. The colouration of sugar leaves and calyxes are so dark it almost borders on black. Bud structure not very dense though. OGKZ (pheno #1) from Humboldt Seeds Selected for trichome production, strength and plant expressions. Trichome-laden bud with leaves that fade into blacks near the end of flower. Terps are earthy flavored cookie dough. Apollo's Poison Auto by Green Smoke Room High yielding beast this. One of the nicest autos I've run. Very sativa leaning hybrid, mostly from the Durban Poison lineage. Terps were spicy and berry. Pulled 132g dry off her in less than 3 months from seed. Strawberry Glue by TH-Seeds Another keeper pheno. Excellent lateral branching on this girl and unbelievable trichome production. Very WPM resistant too. Greasy, gassy and earthy terp profile. Knocks HARD.

  2. Ya - we can all baste in the glory of being innocent. We can all gloat over the damning evidence of poor systems to control quality. Maybe even join another pissing party that celebrates the identification of the culprit. One could at least acknowledge that as "facilitators", the ice has been broken by Canapax (as some here have). An attempt has been made on the "Structure" that has been a hedonis controlling ignorant and fascist system of control by 'the Establishment'. Is so freakin easy to bitch. But patience is called for to have a new system established. Some ou's got impatient. I do tip my cap to them, at least. Pushing the system takes balls. Let us be encouraged that the system has been given notice - "Get your friggin Act together and give us the field of play!" All the waiting is letting the beer get warm.

  3. I have all the means of extracting BHO and consuming it but I'm left without one crucial component... a vacuum chamber... Please don't tell me to just purge it by means of heat and time. I've done this once and the result was great but the fact of the matter is that it's basically impossible to remove all butane and I'm not really keen to put my lungs at that much risk. Read up on it I haven't done a huge deal of research on what is available locally but what I've found has come up with big numbers ... 6k to 9k for a small pump and chamber...This seems really steep and I'm not in a position right now to put down big cash like that for what is still a novelty in cannabis culture (consuming extracts). I'm keen to hear if guys have built their own chambers and where they have source vacuum pumps etc. Otherwise let me know where you got your vacuum chamber setup, how much you paid and if it treas you well

  4. Hey all, So thought it could be cool to see pictures of some of your best plants yet and post what they are, which breeders and strain. I have some Ethos seeds which I need to start growing, quite eager to see how they do. Some look superb, although will add some pictures once I have grown them out... If they are as good as they're meant to be. So far the best plant I have grown has been a bagseed mystery. She is still busy flowering, quite frustrating that I am not sure of the genetics behind her and will only truly know how great (or not) she is until she has been harvested and dried. No fancy colours, although I like the bud structure and she is full of trichomes and smells super fruity!

  5. A very exciting update! With the aide of our very own @PsyCLown I was provided with a DIY quantum board kit consisting of two QB288's capable of 240W of light goodness. A shout out to @CreX who also assisted me in troubleshooting the setup when I ran into some initial issues with the driver. Here is how the new setup looks: Now for the plants. Just a quick photo update should suffice. Starting to fill up the scrog net consistently. Going to run the QB at 100W for now while I am still in veg and testing the setup.

  10. They could have started flowering due to them being autoflowers or they were not getting enough hours of light and therefore went into flower. If a plant gets 12 or less hours of light it will flower. If its an autoflower then they start to flower in 3 to 6 weeks generally - autoflowers flower based on time and not the duration of light they receive. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk

  11. I use to make my own. Quite an easy design. It ends up with a square bottom which can be beneficial to maximize floor space. And you don't have to use the weed guard material that's a bit costly. Most fabric company's sell a material called spunbond. Works perfectly. Just a little thinner.

  12. I agree. Keep the clone and flower the mother thou... You don't want to be keeping a big plant thats is in its prime growing stage around only to find its average.

  15. Hi 420 I have grown a few outdoor plants but never made it to harvest due to garden services, mad dog etc and so decided to try indoor to protect my babies. I purchased some auto's from gsr, I'm a big fan of northern lights. https://www.greensmokeroomseeds.com/index.php?_route_=sa-local-stock/auto-local/nothern-berry-gold-feminised-seeds&limit=50 https://www.greensmokeroomseeds.com/index.php?_route_=sa-local-stock/auto-local/auto-northern-blueberry-lights-feminised-seeds&limit=50 Since this was the first time using purchased seeds, I decided to use rockwool cubes and a humidity dome. I soaked the seeds in ph'd declorinated water for 12 hours (they had sank to the bottom) then placed them in the soaked rockwool cubes in a humidity dome and stuck them in the cupboard. After 7 days nothing happened, so I carefully opened up the rockwool to find 1 seed just starting a tap root while the 2nd seed showed no sign change. Contacting GSR they recommended I place the humidity domes in a sunny spot, which I did. It is now 4 days later and the seed that did crack is showing really slow progress (pic 1) while the 2nd seed still hasn't popped. Since this was also my first time using rockwool I suspected that could be the problem. I took 2 more GSR seeds and used my usual technique that I have had great success with bag seed. Soak seeds in ph'd dechlorinated water for 12 hours, place on wet kitchen towel, put in zip lock bag and leave under modem. After 4 days 1 seed has just cracked the shell (pic 2) but once again there is nothing happening with the 2nd seed. Both times it was the north berry gold that showed progress, albeit slow progress. The other strain seems to have no interest in germinating. I am based in Durban so I doubt temperature or humidity could be an issue. Now that you know the story, please point out what I am doing wrong

  16. Practice a more hands off approach than hands on. Especially with organic

  17. Mind blowing, no urgency with regards to this matter. This could easily be seen as a larger "dealer", probably one of the easiest to take down as well. They have multiple stores across the country. It's basically being handed to them on a silver platter. Walk in and you will find weed, you can even make a controller purchase yourself without any difficulty. Yet they have "busted" people growing in their homes, old ladies, people making oil and these guys are still free to do their own thing...

  18. Took them long enough to issue this statement.... with more than 50 stores all over the country you'd think they would've caught light of it a a tad sooner... What makes me wonder is why have they've taken so long to issue this statement and take action... if they do indeed take action now

  20. I've so far had 100% success rate with the paper towel method. You can still take your seeds and do this method, even so many days after starting to attempt germination. Sometimes a seed can take up to 10 days to pop. It's luck of the draw, but try the method above. What I also like to do is place the germination setup (ie your two plates, paper towel and seeds) on top of a refrigerator. The low constant heat is nice for the seeds. Plain old tap water is also fine, as long as it isn't from Flint you should be ok. I think the trick is constant moisture but not drowning in water; a little bit of heat; and the seeds must be in darkness. Good luck @Bakstein420

  22. Hybrid plant named -''Bubblegum'' Seems to be leaning more towards the indica side. Beans were a gift from a friend.
