  1. Welcome back @Cannabist ! When lockdown hit I received my order about the same time I ran out of riz and really hadn’t a clue where I could have purchased, but luckily my order came with FREE STUFF! thank you
  2. Small update, really nice structure from these plants, tight spacing plus decent growth. Repot soonish
  3. I’m pretty sure the frass contains huge amounts of chitin and massive amounts of microbial, also could be quite important to sustaining good fungal colonies. Neem seed meal is only found overseas from what I’ve seen. Can’t find it anywhere, happened to stumble upon a supplier for the leaf powder. If anyone knows where to purchase seed meal locally, I’m all ears. ☝
  4. I hear neem seed meal is a next level add. That is the seed meal, which differs to the neem leaf powder, busy trialing the leaf powder in my soil now, both should have hugely beneficial antioxidant qualities. Just dosing it right is quite NB.
  5. I hear it quite different from professors and soil biologist around the world, very prominent figures. I'm sure when you get down to that level, there are still many unexplainable things. But the basics (and I don't mean this in an easy to understand way) they have down and that is, that nutrients on a macrolevel stem through to the microlevel regarding facilitation. Humic is suppose to be of the most complex structure being in the first stage of carbon decomposition. But not all Humic is the same. Leonardite rock humic is supposedly the most versatile in its super chelating ability, because its been decomposing for hundred of millions of years. Both Humic and Fulvic acids are known as intermediate chelators, one way or another the plant is using these key acids to unlock more micro and macro nutrients. The list of benefits for these acids is loooooonng. But when paired with kelp together maybe quadruples. But please don't quote me on this, I base what I know about the ratio on a Virginia tech 10 year study, and what now stands as the back bone for best application process in Bio-stimulants.
  6. I built a airlift brewer and purchased a 55l/m pump, only to scrap PVC and chuck the air stones directly, Feel with a big enough pump you get more displacement from just the stones. Now, I'm done with the teas too, and following a much more simple methodology.
  7. This is a very informative, thanks @Onion ! The effects of humic and fulvic acids are highly understated, but also happen to be key ingredients in big name nutrient lines. The true magic with-in Epic is the ratio in which the the humic + fulvic combines with the kelp. Add more kelp or more fulvic/humic and the desired result is not achieved, basically with all the above listed advantages, there is another outstanding advantage that takes center stage and this is how the ratio creates a rare enzyme the likes of which is similar to how Lab serum operates, Superoxide dismutase (still cant get over how cool this name is). This is the plants first line of defense against free radicals... Note - Superoxide is O2-, which is a by bi-product of oxygen metabolism. So quite literally without the enzyme, the bad guys can take over, with an abundance, the rhizosphere thrives. There are multiple SODs and their functionalities are linked to Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn... and that's obviously the importance of where the kelp comes in. Just happened to stubble upon another fun fact about Superoxide dismutase by pure accident while watching ''Rhizophagy Cycle'' Microbial Endophytes - James white. He says, these microbes carrying nutrients reactive and/or none reactive get sucked into plants root hairs from germination, and within the root hair, the plant doses the microbes with the SOD freeing up the nutrients as well as pairing with or eliminating the carrier (UNBELIEVEABLE!)
  8. I’ve got them in a mixture of effectively 23 different ingredients, blended further and further. I think the final dilution tweaks will Make for a more favorable region. Any other stage of life would take nicely, might have also dummied some extra nitrogen initially, lucky you got the hook up. Excited for this strain to grow out.
  9. Soil is haaawwwt... Counting down again to 3, odds not looking great. Will be dead lucky to find a good female pheno, fingers crossed
  10. Compliments of the season to everyone! a quick update to week 9/8, last 2 plants in flower. Been a slow process but nearing the end. Small bit yellowing starting on the older girl. Reckon another 2 weeks are in order.
  11. Good to have you back bro! And what a success, cracker harvest! I shall aspire
  12. This is what I'm talking about these strains do the colour wheel proud with that Emoji heart green colour, those bubbleberry glues burst'd limey greeny madness in the log below. Week 2 of flower.
  13. Such a nice bright colour to them. ☝
  14. Gelato pulls through strong, and growth is great for 4 weeks right?
  15. Hi there bud, seems your plant have undergone serious nutrient toxicity. There is definitely an issue with the amount of nutrients you are using. Might need to start over. If you do. Figure out what nutrients are in your soil first. Then assess if you need to add nutrients in the beginning of the plants life, usually not the case only if your medium is inert. Ventilation looks good
  16. Hey man! Those plants look great buddy. I don’t think anything is wrong. May just need a tad more water... how many L you giving? Plants are drying up a lot faster these days
  17. And then there was 4... it’s only getting hotter Spraying profusely to keep the humidity lekke. But we getting some drizzles today.
  18. May have gone wayyyyy off topic lol, but I hear what you are saying. People categorize weed and stoners as 1 thing, gateway drug or gateway drug users. While drinking, sniffing, dropping prescription meds. Oh I don't smoke weed anymore, just to come down. CANNA-DOOOOOS! Another twisted reality, constructed by equally twisted demons!
  19. Nice thread, keeping people on their toes, because you never know when a DOOS may be lurking around the corner. Unfortunately there will always be a certain percentage of people fixated on the enhancement of their own lives, doesn't matter how many people they have to step on to get there. But they never do. Anybody who thinks they have got ahead doing someone in, are furthest from the truth. The majority wants to see you do good, but never better than them... How many people have heard that. So THE GREEN RUSH! Everybody feeling like they're late. You think maybe collaboration might be your best opportunity. I thought the same thing, individuals have left me out of pocket many a time. At the end of the day, realizing that people do not enrich you will be your saving grace. Forget the WEED community is the bees knees, everybody who smokes weed is Kwaai... Please man, Canna-doos's are plentiful. They are the reason weed has a bad name. While everybody is trying to fight the stigma, trying to get people to take stoners seriously, these cunts are tearing the walls down. The time is ripe for this industry, but even more so for the scavengers.
  20. @Prom You really are super helpful to the forum, you should have some sort of role here (informally, obviously your role is expert grower!). Just uzzing free valuable info
  21. That's some dashing pace man! Nooice!!!
  22. Looks really good bud! Well done! Even neatened up that bottom canopy superbly!
  23. Thanks @Chris Jay interesting stuff, will have a look!
  24. Week 6 and 5 ish. I've had to resort to some branch bending, but this goes to show, looks like the younger plant is out performing its sibling. I've learnt much this year regarding keeping a happy root system. Hope I'll be able to apply this next year with a much less is more mentality.
