  1. I've used this, and to honest, even with the correction factor and such, it seems way off what I've seen with Apogee. Even the app above, was giving me funky results yesterday. Picture is reading at canopy of the GSC, which is 300mm from my light. I find that impossible.
  2. This was how spider plant came out, Takes time to train them though into this. Added, I take a long time to grow them, so dont go on time, we all grow different and that wouldn't be a tell at all. I topped the plant again after pulling it back above, and ended with more than 50 main cola or ends when done.
  3. Looking good there, and wishing you the best. Following along
  4. I'm also getting the hang of doing it, will be my second time now in grow, and third on its way soon, just battling with seedlings stretching from this Chinese COB. First picture is my test subject who got spiderman'd in a sense, and topped and pulled everything back, then topped again. Then my in flower now, top and leave bottom lower branches, and this works, but next time it's only the main ones on top, then top again as above.
  5. Thanks @Bakstein420 Always good to have options Any shop?
  6. Ah yes, though its battery powered and doesn't need you heating up the unit first with a blowtorch style lighter, like the Dynavap which I wouldn't use in public easily. Have a good weekend and GLWS brother
  7. Super write up, thank you! Looks like my investment will be into the Dynavap and Solo II, and had good faith in the Dynavap as used it many times and it works, but I liked the discretion of the battery powered G-pen I had, which kakked itself after the battery didnt take charge when still very new, so definitely the Solo II. Again, thank you for your time Delicious
  8. Brother, I believe because your sensor on your phone doesn't have the colour temperature option, it wouldn't show you that reading unfortunately Added, the phone probably has a basic one, just to shut the screen off when face is near for calls, and not the full blown with temps and such, it's often then not even that case on the mid range Samsung too, I'm surprised we even get that option on our phones, it's crazy.
  9. @Prom would you be able to throw some light here please?
  10. Just going through the setup now, and it has a probe that inserts into the grow medium, and then turns on the heat mat according. On the plus, you can use this thing for turning on a heater or larger mat of sorts, anything really that controls temperature, and think that's neat. Added, I see it only goes up to 1000w passthrough.
  11. May I ask a general question, seeing as you have a selection of them. Which one is your favorite, and why, and also what things you enjoy about your 2 top favorite vapes? Thanks in advance
  12. Then I understood from the beginning, thanks for the clarification my brother. Have a lekker night further
  13. Joh, you confused me even more now, cause they are running on the phones charger, and if so those are getting AC, but push out DC. You must tell us now
  14. You had me blaming the bloody THC too now, fok it
  15. I had a screen shot of the advert, but deleted lots the weekend. These are all I have, and got a DynaRoot Powder 2 with it.
  16. I also see now you probably running the fans on the phone chargers. Nice idea
  17. I totally feel you Lol, the other night, was like... Oh ya, okay I get it So much easier than unplugging the wrong item, which isn't good
  18. Oh okay, that's what I thought you meant, and then in that case, what am I missing? Isn't that DC fan, direct current and not meant to plug into AC wall adapters? Or have you got a driver for the fans, or have you got them on the lights driver? Sorry I'm trying to understand
  19. Hey Family, I recently saw a discussion on heat mats and the use of them and how to use it without damaging the baby girls. As I've only received today my complete order as stock wasn't available, would like to share a very handy, and I believe necessary tool, to remove any guesswork or possible damage from too much heat or not enough. That is a heat mat thermostat, and provides the best way to control and maintain a certain temperature, without lifting or trying anything fancy. Basically, set it and forget it. Adding below for reference only Clone station set was on special at Futurama just before lockdown R999 and came with everything you ever need to clone or seed.
  20. Hey brother, what plug and where you plugging it in?
  21. All my plants I've moved outside, have burned on the edges as yours have, only on the old growth, like the outside environment is more harsh and the uv could play a huge part in this. The plant either needs to adopt first or grow leaves that can cater for the sun and UV, is my guess.
  22. @DamDave brother, the damage you say the light was causing being too close to the plants, is that the brown on the lower leaves you making reference to? @CreX I know we discussed the other day to put the plant outside in the day and bring inside under the light at night, which makes perfect sense. On my previous grows, where I have taken vegging plants inside and placed them outdoors to flower, the plant would on both occasions, first take around a week or so to adapt as to say to the outside world. My thoughts were and correct me or help me better understand, does the plant not have to change the leafs make up or internal engine? And would the plants above not be having the trouble of dry leaves from this? I would also say maybe the plants are pot / root bound or not happy in their homes and some root dying off causing that possibility?
  23. They not mistakes, its learning curves I make plenty brother, never be afraid of them, it's how we learn and grow better. Nothing new was ever discovered doing the same thing or what you have been told to do, sometimes we got to go outside the box and learn.
