  1. Hi bud Nothing you can do with the plant , either pull it or use it to learn but you won't get good bud from Larry. .. It can be done force flowering but it must be done with stable genetics. If memory is correct you got this seed from a friends bankie? What this tells me is that the seed comes from very unstable weak genetics with hermie tendencies as the original plant that made the seed was pollinated from another hermie plant. A plant is sexually mature once it starts alternate noding under veg lights and can take anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks depending on genetics and strain. Cheers Reaf
  2. Hate to throw a spanner in your works but you actually want the soil to heat up.... that's where the term "cooking" comes from . By keeping the mix cool you are actually slowing down the process hugely. I have personally had soils that steam they are so hot from the microbial life working away. I know a grower that has boiled eggs in cooking soil lol Cheers Reaf
  3. Hi bud Well if ypu do the math your space works out to 13.502 cubic feet and if the fan does 87 cubic feet per m , let's rather call it 60 cubic feet per min as this will make up any margine of error , 60 divided by 13.5 gives us 4.444 . What this means is that your fan will extract the box 4 times a min or 280 times an hour which is more than enough. Cheers Reaf
  4. Hi bud For cfl that should be fine . I would also look at getting something that's 220v as it just makes wiring easier, no messing around with 12v adaptors Cheers Reaf
  5. I would say those all need a minimum 2 weeks , you don't want clear trichs. Depending on how you like your smoke , the more amber the more couch lock , I personally like a 70 cloudy 30 Anderson for daytime smoke and a 40 cloudy 60 amber for night . Cheers Reaf
  6. More than likely a hermie due to the stress of being force flowered before it was sexually mature. Cheers Reaf
  7. My dream is to become a professional pole dancer.... this guys my hero
  8. Nguni seeds J thang Twaks seed bank There were 2 other but there names are lost to the years. Currently nguni and GSR are the only 2 going , and yes they all had online shops and ordering. I have been around the block many times , stay safe. Cheers Reaf
  9. I have to agree led are the future...... but we live in the presant and unless you want to spend 15k+ on a panel hid will kick led ass any day of the week. I am not trying to be nasty but I have seen countless people buy led panels ... today they use hid. Just my 2 cents Cheers Reaf
  10. Any chance of a better pic.... they just look like black dots to me...
  11. Hi bud Are you flowering under 7.5w? Also that plant isn't sexually mature so there's no way you can tell if it's male or female. Cheers Reaf
  12. Personally I wouldn't touch GSR with a 40 foot pole.... they are overpriced and I wouldn't like my details on record with them. I personally feel it's safer to order from overseas , it's only a matter of time until they get bust. Don't underestimate our police force there are still ba few good ones and to think something like GSR will be allowed to get away with what they are doing.... every other local seed bank got bust eventually and when that day comes i wouldn't want to have had anything to do with them.. Just my 2 cents Cheers Reaf
  13. Hi bud my 2 cents... I have used almost every organic product I could get my hands on over the years. While I have most if the time had good results nothing that really blew me away. I starting using the biobizz range a few years ago and haven't looked back and in my opinion it is the best organic nute for cannabis is SA. But... For making teas I like to use as many different things and seabird guano is exellent in teas. Try it and see but I would highly recommend trying biogrow and biobloom. Cheers Reaf
  14. Agreed , moms need to be changed every 6 months to a year unless ypu are a really skilled grower. Cheers Reaf
  15. All good bud I like to start mid November , also be carefull starting indoor and then going outdoor. It will take the ladies a few days to adjust to the new environment. Also don't go from a 24/0 veg cycle to outdoors otherwise they could also get shocked into flowering. Cheers Reaf
  16. Cool. Just a suggestion , next month is way to early for outdoor. Cheers Reaf
  17. Hi bud those ladies are looking good when you say put some outside on the sundeck... elaborate please , what's the plan ? Cheers Reaf
  18. You don't need to clone it to test for sex , all plants will have preflowers at 4-6 weeks . This is a sign of sexual maturity and you should only flower a mature lady anyway . Cheers Reaf
  19. Hi bud my 2 cents Indoor+mulch= pest heaven You playing a risky game with mulch indoors bud. Yea it's awesome but you have created a high risk factor for pests . Cheers Reaf
  20. That's never an easy one to answere ....aact can actually be incredibly dangerous for us , it's the aeration that stops all those really bad bacteria from breading . That being said though I would say 2 hours should be ok. You will have suffered microbe loss but not anything to bad . The best way is to test us smell , if you have made tea before you will know it has a very distinct sweet smell. If you smell it and you pick up any rotten or bad smells throw it away straight away. I actually like to put h2o2 in the mix if it does smell bad to kill the bad bacteria before i dump it , a bad aact could put you in hospital. Load shedding is a part of our lives now so what i can suggest is going to your local tackle shop and getting a battery powered air pump for those days. They not expencive , I think i bought mine for R50 Cheers Reaf
  21. I do it all the time , you can also use fulvic acid as it will help the plant with the uptake of nutrients. Always half doses and work up. Cheers Reaf
  22. A good organic soil will always reward you for your efforts .
