What soil you use, how often do you water and how much wind is on the plants? I exclude light and heat/cold stress as don't think is your issue. If you didn't over water them or gave em to much fertilizer.. pests can do that too. And always respray.. even you think is clean, during veg you can hit em hard.

Happy girls for 2 weeks since cut. @Naughty.Psychonaut different strains, and i lolipop to the main only and FIM isnt much left after of the plant. I just want main colas, nothing else.

Clones

Just saw the ad here for Leaf grow lights.. somebody tried them? I get the idea that who ever sells those lights comes very much from the HID sector. Running nearly 1000w on a 1.2x1.2 is a bit much ^^ i use 440-480w on a 1.2x1.2 and rather happy. Curious if somebody tried those lights with the settings the light comes with and how it ended.

For people like you guys, knowing the plant in and out, you will go on an amazing ride with Autos... my first batch of autos left me speechless by amazement. I try now to push my clones to go same harvest results but still fail. With Autos i reach harvest results I can only dream about by using clones. As you have to start from seeds, the taste factor is where clones win, but potency Autos don't have to hide anywhere. Last time I chatted with Qure and Cannabliss.. Autos were the top spot of THC content chart, they produce highly potent plants.. you just can't pheno hunt em and need the breeder to do a perfect job. Breeder is key here.. and why I enjoy 42Fastbuds so much for autos. Auto seeds I would only get from breeders offering ONLY auto plants.. and photos from breeders only offering photos. They focus on their job and not on a huge selection. Having 10 strains stabilized in terpenes will result in better harvest material as the 'jack of all trades' resellers looking for a fast bug. Best auto genetics you get from the US boys.. would skip the Europeans on Autos.. they missed the train for years.

There is one mayor advantage ordering from China... Warranty! I ordered a 200ah 12v battery from ecodepo.co.za ... support local. Battery gave up after 15 months and I can't claim warranty and have to declare it a loss as ecodepo got liquidated in the meantime. The factory in China producing 10'000 of those batteries a day will not so easily disappear.. South African order re-heaters most likely will be gone in 1-2 years... and with them your warranty. I bought 16 x 288 QBs in February this year, they cost me in total about 25k Rand (boards (Alibaba) and drivers (digikey, free shipping)), plus customs). 3.1K per 2 QBs or 240 watts... about half of what they charge in this country.. ordering the material from China/US.. i love to support local.. but sadly in certain cases choosing local is a clear disadvantage.

Was a bit busy.. playing with clones these days. Trying another stupid idea to increase yield ^^ But right now the aim is quality. Have 3 strains dried to 64% and will dress them over the weekend. Liked the result very much, just could be more. I let one main stem supply only the FIM version of the main, rest is radically chopped away. Just need more information ^^ Yellowing of leaves can have several reasons.. most are not nutrition related. By what you said, I would lean heavy to over watering to get the top yellow. Nutrition stress is usually shown even over the full plant. As you said you watered to much... the clones might show you the finger just later as the Auto. Changing substrate on a Auto is a very very bad idea. You will stun the plant 100% and 2 weeks go off the grow time. Happens in veg, there is no big harvest coming your way anyhow. I agree with @Ill_Evan, rip it out and start over. And put the auto seed in the final pot straight away, 10-20 liter pot. Next is light.. what light you use? I don't really think you have yellowing by light stress / heat stress, but you might want to raise that Auto plant a lot higher, poor thing will get hardly 200-400 micromole PAR down there. Don't think is pH.. the big fan leaves would tell other story. So would end with to long to moist and you have over water damage. Let the ladies dry up properly before you feed next time.

Do you use any fertilizer?

Is actually clever to have the IR and UV.. as long as it is UVA ^^.. on one switch or dimmer. Flower wants IR, so you can turn those off during veg and save some cash. Zero need for red light. I run blue light in my mother tent.

720w on a 1.2x1.2 area is a lot ^^ I use 440-480w on the same area. Might want to put a dimmer on. 301h are great diodes... nothing wrong, would use a dimmer ^^ Would also keep using till the diodes fade and you need new lights anyhow. I run 288 Quantum Boards and if you order from Alibaba directly, you should get for 25k about 16 QBs with 8 240w drivers... so you can light up a 2.4x2.4 tent with 25k.

My feeding looks a bit like this. Standard products: Grow Guru (got told is now Kushy Grow) / Amino Boost, BioBizz / Fish Mix & Bloom, Molasses (desulfurized) 2-3 weeks addon: Biodyne / 401 Environoc, Kushy Grow / Kelp Extract, Freedom Farms / Fire Juice (CAREFUL boys and girls, together with Bloom you can over do it easy! Has a potassium load.) I also feed my clones half the dosage the Biobizz table recommends and gave up on TopMax (to expensive for the profit it brings, price passed this border now) I am not using BioBizz Grow anymore as I measure my leaf sugar content with a refractometer. Bloom is 75% Fish Mix and 25% Molasses.. so I feed the Fish Mix directly and add molasses by hand depending on my leaf sugar content.. so nothing wrong with Grow, i just need to add sugar most of the time (not enough molasses in Grow) and can't raise the P and K... hope makes sense.

Let it grow.. will start to make size again and start to flower end January. You get for sure more out as now ^^ If it is bag seed.. dump it

The numbers answer that by default hehehe 600w pulls 600 watts, what ever consumption toy sits behind.. the LED 600 watts will just cover about double the area with enough light.. double the harvest, less heat to kill as they are now more then double efficient as a HID systems. Forget HID guys.. honestly.. the next advantage is that you can include into those diodes what ever frequency you want to add, low or high IR, UV versions, .. the goal is not to recreate the sun, that is last year tech, you want to shine on the ladies exactly what the ladies want.. and in the right intensity. The is the next big gimmick ^^

Which Brands you talk about.. mentioned above?? You might want to reread what you post.. this one is a bit useless or did i miss something??

Why go HID at all?? Those Mars LED lights are good.. better as anything HID can unpack, times for HID are very much over with the new diodes.

Just raise the smaller plants to reach the canape.. they will fall more and more back if you don't lift em up. Will be happy to have 600 micromole PAR on right now.. not enough light.

Welcome ^^ You using Tap water?

Regular seeds.. I like the weed as smoke.. but their growth behavior is rather timid. Right now I just take the biggest males and females with similar node spacings and leaf structure from a batch. I like em less 'bushy' ^^ After i have em regular to 60-75cm I check what flavor I have left. Might also just be me not able to do a proper job. The parents weren't impressive in size.. reason i started this little project ^^ Shows you how much i enjoyed the Strawberry flavor inside the smoke.
