  1. I think MJ was perhaps a bit tired with the lack of light... Especially if she was brought inside around her bed time when the sun goes down. EDIT:

  2. Was there a definite "issue"? I've been caught once before while checking my plants during lights out to see what they looked like and they were dropping like that but perked right back up during lights on the next day. Your soil doesn't look over watered so I don't think it was that. Plant in general looks pretty healthy so I don't think it was anything to do with nutes or pH. My guess would be a too rapid change in temperature and humidity combined with going into night time.

  3. Time for some bud shots! 50 days from flip. Some look a bit more ripe than others for sure. The Jock Horror and Royal Gorilla in my opinion are the least ripe and the Aurora Indica and Grand Daddy Purple are both the most ripe. Zkittlez x Purple Punch and Criminal + are sitting in the middle. I can barely find an amber trichome so I think I still have maybe between a week and two weeks to harvest. My harvest ETA has been around the 17th of Jan so they are about right on for where they are now. 4. Yea. MJ is in good health.... the only thing i can think of is her going to "sleep" at the end of the day. i catch my indoor ladies looking like this just before lights out, and about an hour before lights on... but then they perk up right away knowing the sun will be back

  6. Hi, I'd say there's no harm in keeping her, unless you haven't got enough space. That being said, I am sure she will not deliver, what she would have delivered under normal circumstances. I had a Gelato auto from fastbuds this year and I really looked forward to grow it as Prom recommended it. It broke soil surface without the two round leaves (forgot how they're called). They must have somehow broken off, while trying to reach the surface. That plant grew 2 cm in 4 weeks. Then I gave up on her.

  7. Hi all, can you please help with suggestions with an air pump for 20-50l buckets. I’m not sure what to look at to determine what makes a good pump. I plan on using a airstone and just a simple preparation. I’ve read about the vortex systems but for now, I’ll probably upgrade in future to such a system but for now would like to just try making tea itself. forgive me if this has already been posted somewhere, had a quick scan and didn’t see it.

  8. is it for teas? if so, you want the biggest pump you can get... anything over 10 watts should suffice though, 15 is good...over 20 and you should have plenty regards

  13. @Ill_Evan, I really don't want to leave, but it seems like there's no way around eventually. Until then I'll do everything to do my part to make this country a better place. South Africa needs unity rather than devision. I agree, it seems like government tries to tear this place down to "make" a "new" South Africa, that matches their ideas. I am not sure if I like that (I don't ) and it kind of worries me, as they are literally playing with peoples lives. And they are aware of it. I am serious about the visiting part bro :). Stay high, healthy and above things folks!

  14. I had some led strips which used Beidgelux diodes and have had some strips which used Samsung lm561c diodes and then QB's with the lm301b diodes. The lm301b diodes have been the best so far. But once again it all depends, not every diode is the same. You'd want to compare the Beidgelux diode which lion tree use to the Samsung lm301b and see which offers better performance. The Samsung diodes are tried and tested, used in lots of high end lights. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk

  15. "Made in SA", more like assembled in SA. We don't make any of those chips locally so at the end of the day the most complex components are still imported. In any case, I'd rather go for the Samsung LM301 chips than the Bridgelux chips that Liontree uses.

  16. @AquaS That 240W light is good for around 0.82 sqm - so it depends how many plants you can fit in such a space. I have managed to fit 6x 20L pots inside a smaller space before (0.72sqm). You could fit more plants under the light, especially in veg... even in flower, it just won't be the ideal intensity - however I feel it is common for most growers to not have the optimum amount of light for their sized grow as lights are expensive.

  17. Four plants in 17L pots each would be shap. Or one massive plant in a 40L pot ..or two? In like.. 20L pots?

  18. It's not so much how many plants for the light, it's more the sqm area which the light will cover well. You can fit 1 large plant inside a tent of whatever sqm or you could fit multiple smaller plants... However the 240w light will work in your sized tent alright but more than 1 would be preferable for flowering in your 1.2 x 1.2 tent. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk
