Wow!!!! These plants recovered so well and look really amazing.
Good job dude.
Thanks hey.

When you do an apprenticeship one's success depends on the tradesman guiding you.

Thank you all, I think I might just have passed although I had to do a re-write of sorts.

Are those photos deep in the nugs on a calyx or on the outside on sugar leaves?
Looks goood, but if it's on the sugar leaves you gotta remember those trichs ripen faster.
If it looks like this inside the nug you are golden :-flyinghi
I try and avoid getting the sugar leaves in frame but sometimes the pic is too good to not to share.

Still have 11 days till the recommended +/-70.

Spot on.

If its on the leaves, then it needs more time.

If that is on the bud itself, the calyx then you could cut.

Leaving it to ripe more comes down to personal preference.

Always take the flowering times with a teaspoon of salt. Personal preference comes into play as does phenotype and how quickly it ripens.

T3 will definitely be left for another week or so, as will T2.
T1 might get the chop during the week. Clear too mostly milky with very little amber under the microscope.
At this stage I believe the high is less intense which is what my wife wants.
It's the least favorite and T2 & T3 get some more light bouncing around in my cabinet.

I think it works the other way around? Starts out as an intense high while clear/milky and gets less intense and more mellow as it Amber's more and the CBD count rises and THC count drops off some?
May have it wrong, but that's how I understand it
They look so so good though yoh

late harvest (mostly amber trichs) - CBD/CBN rich, few more medicinal properties, hit's the body rather than the mind, longer lasting high, couch lock, sleep inducing.

early harvest (mostly clear trichs) - hits the mind rather than the body, can cause a speedy feeling inducing anxiety and paranoia, high is short lasting.

both are "intense" for different reasons, I like early harvest too cause I am already lazy as it is

I often let my plants go until there is some amber, I am not the biggest fan of cloudy and clear trichs and I find majority of smokers also prefer some amber as it seems as lot of people get anxiety when smoking and bud which has not had a chance to ripen leads to more paranoia and anxiety.

A sweet spot between the two I think is ideal for majority of people. Too much amber and it can become a bit too couch lock and too soon with not enough amber and it either does not feel as strong or the side effects can become a bit much and unpleasant. Not to mention if you smoke at night, the lack of amber can disrupt your REM sleep and you wake up feeling groggy and tired still.

Sooo. Load shedding.
The last 3 days my plants have been thrown into turmoil.
Due to not being on hand I had a choice. Leave them outside where they would have gotten 12 hours plus light.
Opted to leave them in the cabinet where they got extra dark hours.

So yeah light cycle buggered the last few days and I'm on day 65.
Was planning on leaving them another week.

To chop or not to chop.

I'll microscope tomorrow.
