  1. UPDATE to the end of week 2 of flower. No feeding necessary, they are doing well. Will just been spraying some humic/fulvic over the topdress/livingmulch. Definitely flower time
  2. Did you make those bends out of that sturdy garden wire?
  3. This is some insane training and for the time allocated. Madness
  4. Not much to report, day 11 of flower. Maintaining good moisture and we not leaving any plants behind. I've probably got the most stretchy pheno (must be the slurri shinning through) and also the most compact one (which I really want to nurture and make sure she still get adequate light - never know what she might look like). Onto the next couple.
  5. Thanks man, You can use oats, I heard many people opt for the oats route. I have also used oats but not as a replacement to barley. I would consider Oats (jungle) as more of a fast release enzyme in the soil. Whereas malted barley still has the husk intact and many a time sprouts again leaving you with ruler long tap roots in the soil looking for the light, all eventually becoming food for macro arthropods. So using oats would be better utilized as a starter mechanism and carefully done as to not cause a big bust in the Microlife. around 250ml - 500ml per 100L of soil
  6. They really reaching out now, nice!
  7. Fluster over and back to happy. Day 8 of flower. Quite exited for these, I have to say. Regardless of the competition, getting to grow this strain is satisfaction alone, @Totemic strains are better than the most expensive out there ☝ Just my opinion based on what I’ve grown
  8. Update - Defol done and net in. No feeding this week
  9. Good morning Twix, You see the issue with the blumat's is most likely because the res is too high. (only about 1,1 Meters from the floor) Adding too much pressure on the single ended soaker hose that is connected, they say 1 psi for the drippers and 2 for the soaker hose, the blumats are not a problem setting up if you loop the system so the pressure is even and utilized at 2 or more points. Soak the carrots and tops for atleast a day.
  10. Good Morning to all the growers. Glad its Friday, Will be needing the morning over the weekend to fanagle this dam blumat again, this specific setup definitely comes with enough head aches, either too much or too little, anyways been able to read the situation and add accordingly. The plants are reacting well to the extra photons. Day 7 of flowering today, the net will be going on tomorrow as well. I have noticed a bit of tipping the edge of calcium/potassium antagonistic signs from all assimilation capabilities of the worm/barley top dress, as well as the molasses (this one quite high in calcium) spray, so I think this week they getting a spray of humic&fulvic only. Nothing else to report, plants are happy, managed to get less yellow/orange images, the lights get a bit intense on full. I am super impressed with this soil (almost 2 years old), exact same soil that I used to grow the WHITE WIDOW and FROSTED APRICOTS - I did reamend if after that run though. *Some lights off for colours.
  11. Well there's nice explanation. Thank you for sharing lol, so all rooms are banging into flower now. fun times
  12. No bru, im talking about what seems to be one corner of the tent is pulled down from the top and your fan is there, Does it get closed up during the night time obviously?
  13. What's going on with your tent brother?
  14. Midweek update, a ton of bush happening here. I am abit concerned the tallest pheno is making space her bitch and shadowing the small baby on the left, might have to do some pulling and bending. The net will help with separating them when I eventually put it on. Day 5 flower. Nothing has changed, almost no movement from the res for more than a week now. I opened it up a tiny notch, crossing fingers no floods. - Bottom right hand corner, garden wire pulling the big girl over, ever so slightly.
  15. I agree with doing a foliar twice a week or so and just supplementing where possible, but here in the cape, its been wetter than wet. Rain for a full week, 90 plus % humidity all days and nights, its no wonder nothing is drying up. If we carry on as usual and water according to the schedule, it really wont do any good. If we were rocking summer, different story.
  16. Doesn't matter how long it takes. let those pots dry out completely. Your roots cannot breath, and Its been like that for a while now.
  17. Yes fair point, I'm trying to really work into the fact that, even if its 200ml every other day or 3rd day from the time the soils was waterlogged, its going to stay like that and less and less oxygen is getting to the roots. I had to wait 1 and half weeks after I saturated my big pot to water again, doesn't matter that I had this feed/that feed planned. Roots without oxygen manifest pathogens and root rot, and then there is no coming back unfortunately. No special bottles are fixing that
  18. Bro, need less water...
  19. Get your self a moisture probe, before you feel like maybe its time to water, just stick the probe in there, and see what it says, they are only 200 bucks at hydroponic and they also measure Ph. The issue that come from overwatering constantly for prolonged periods of time will always look like the most server deficiencies.
  20. Lets get a scale out and a weight on those pots. No plants drink the same. 50% air and water - 50% minerals and OM.
  21. Very cool screen, I haven't been training my plants so ill just put up a net or 2. I See there is provision made for second layer nice
