It was in the seedling mix to long , have a look at the grow diary and you will see it's been hungry for a while. That coupled with transplant shock is your issue. You can not wash nutrients out unless stated by 420sa you out huge amounts of water . 2ml per L biobizz with a 25% runoff to start , folior feed with Epsom at 1g per L and give her time to root properly and she will recover nicely . Good advice given by 420sa on aact and the microbes . Sorry it cant be a longer answere , busy day -

I use coconut oil and H2O2 mix in veg for PM and use CO2 at 12000ppm to kill all the bugs . Only co2 is used in flower

I actually stopped because some of my strains just didn't like neem oil and reacted badly and then all this stuff started coming out about Azadirachtin and just stayed clear of it just in case. I didn't need to use it anyway

You will only be able to sex or see pre-flowers after the plant is sexually mature . Once the branches start alternate nodeing you know she is sexually mature and will show pre flowers

Normally a sign of the medium is a little wet but not a bad thing. Why are you giving a living medium H2O2? that's going to decimate your micro life
