  1. A sneaky peaky on those Bruce Banner x TNR @Bay Seeds. I'll start that diary soon. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  2. Worth a try. You never know. I know I'm starting to sound like a stuck record but I'm yet to experience gnat's. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  3. You gonna have to check the soil for a nest. Other than going nuclear with chemicals we shake all soil off root system of plant and stomp the shit out of those fucks, sorry don't have a name. Soil borer's of a sort that chomp on root systems. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  4. Day 52. First 2 pics is the remaining one under lights. Bushing out since I did LST by mistake and still looking good. Routine still the same, water when needed (usually every 3rd day) and yard time whenever possible. Third pic is at 40 days and standing at 600mm and lives in the shade house. Then the two babies planted two weeks later. These get watered every second day. Gonna run a test on four of my outdoor potted Durban Poison using GuanoGrow. Local tomato farmer product. 5. Dilute 1 tablespoon honey with 4 tablespoons of water. You mix that in with 20g dry herb then leave out to dry again. This makes for a smoother smoke and easier to roll. I did extensive research on making smoking blends using herbs and using honey came up often. Smoking honey has no toxicological effect but like anything you smoke including marijuana will have some sort of negative effect on the body. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  6. Beginning of lockdown I was looking at alternative herbal plants that I could dry vape. Various recipes called for a tablespoon of honey to ease the harshness of the smoke and herbal advantages. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  7. Oh, and rabbits and small buck. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  8. What part of Cape Town you in. My major threat is moles, gerbil's, snails and caterpillars. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  9. Awesome idea. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  10. Jack Berry on 12/12 now. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  11. Day 47. I lost the one under the blurple to it being a male. The one under the QB75 seems to be having a bit of a growth spurt. She hasn't had any yard time the last 4 days and sharing the light with my Jack Berry which is on 12/12. Watering every second to third day now and not adding any feeds. Second plant is at 35 days and living outdoors in the shade house with 2 more planted two weeks later. They were taking a beating with the harsh climate on the reservation, much happier now. 12. Anyone know what PostNet v Courier Guy costs are. Seems like both are the go to guys. There's not much in our closest village but both these guys are booming. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  13. You sent 6 bud. I fucked up one germinating and one male. Four still going strong at different grow/planted times. Popped those BB3TNRF1's into water the other day. 26 hours later, ready for soil. Fastest response yet using this method with any seed. Will be starting a diary when they break soil. Pics of the other four. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  14. Day 45. Something caught my eye as I was closing the cabinet last night. Woke up and she is a male. Lost one to germinating and one to being male. One under 12/12 with my Jack Berry, and four in pots in the shade house now. Climate a bit harsh here for outdoor pots. I'll update on the others shortly. Off to pub for a spliff and tequila in memory of #3. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  15. Nice explanation, thanks. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  16. There's nothing wrong with selling a product at an affordable price that's suits the consumers budget in this day and age. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  17. I have a@growopz QB75 bar and a 300w no name Chinese blurple. After investigation with the help of the forum probably only 100w. Growing @Bay Seeds Glamberry one under QB and one under blurple. They seem to be keeping pace with each other. I'd recommend QB any day. 1500 for a QB versus not even sure how much a blurple 300w is. Stopped going down that road when you guys got me hooked on the latest diode's. And probably cheaper to run. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  18. Hey buds. Do yourselves an experiment with your next grows. Mix cinnamon powder into your soil and observe. I put about a bank bag size into 100l soil. When I buy craft soil when homemade runs out first thing I do, add cinnamon. Sounds blah but no shitting, works for me. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  19. Bummer Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  20. Going off topic here. I can never be sure at this stage but looks male. Removed from cabinet just in case as the Glamberry is in there. Any eagle eyes out there confirm whether male. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  21. You can add before watering. Then tomorrow turn over a few mm of the top of your medium. That will disturb the nice warm moist area the gnat fungus likes. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  22. I had a buddy try it to get rid of gnats and seems to have done the trick. The cinnamon also attacks the fungus growth in soil without affecting the plants roots. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  23. Hey bud. Try sprinkling cinnamon powder on the surface of your medium. You can turn the medium a few mm deep to work in the powder. I use cinnamon powder mixed in my soil and do not have gnat problems. Ever. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  24. Yeah. I do have numerous Durban Poison planted in the ground though. Two of which I will be experimenting with HST.I need to produce 2 bushes/shrubs for that part of the garden. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  25. Thanks man. This one is indoors. Getting some yard time. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
