  2. Day 40ish. Was planning on flipping the 29th but think I'll wait a few days. Plants seem to have stagnated again. Knuckle test tells me soil is damp and not wet. Temp does drop down to 13 overnight but unfortunately nothing I can do. Daytime temps not much different. Thinking this is what is hampering the growth but might encourage colour down the line. To end it off leaves are starting to take on a yellowing.
  3. Hold that thought on the grow off. [emoji27] You ain't seen my shit yet. Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  4. Looking at the other updates I had to head off to the bush pub for a tequila and some Dutch Courage aka @Totemic Haunted Kush Cake before my report. Realized once again I'm out of my depth but that's how I roll and learn. Update and pics shortly.

  6. Thanks man. I was thinking of flipping 29th this month working on +/- 70 days flowering. Looks like I can get away with a few more days veg then. [emoji16][emoji2] Happy I am. Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  7. And gonna continue learning.[emoji109] Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  8. Having a look through the diaries over a pint at the local bush pub I've come to a realization. I've jumped into the deep end again and found out I'm nowhere near the level required. But hey, looking and learning AND believe me I have learnt plenty so far. Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  9. No problem, give us a shout. Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  10. Best wishes and luck on the venture B. Covid fcuk'ed our business up and now we (wife and myself) have a massive shade house doing nothing. Have a bunch of CBD1/THC1 and some CBD/Hemp seeds we planting this season for reasons similar to yours. We started with party chocolates (THC man) but are lowering dosage as most of the people who are taking it are raving about a good night's sleep but waking up still high. Early stages but we are turning our nursery from an events and conference supplier to a herbal growing gig. Salts, oils, soaps using indigenous veld and fynbos and the mother herb. Let's talk. 11. Day 36. Short of the two week mark until flip to flower I decided what the heck. I entered the comp to learn and learn I will. T1 got a FIMM. T2 got a Topping. T3 got LST bent 90°. Temps min. 18 max. 28 RH min. 29 max. 70 Seem to have sorted out the soil by adding perlite. I have a feeling I need to cut some fan leaves off T1 and T2. Can I get confirmation on this please.
  12. Takes dedication to keep living things happy.[emoji106][emoji109] Do you re-use the tank water in the garden? Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  13. Nicely put. I also did an outdoor and found minimal issues with pests. Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  14. Congrats on your first of many sale's man. Not easy making what you do. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
  15. Already a big difference man. Looking at them this morning I decided some sort of training is on the way. Needless to say Google has way to much to say on training. Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  16. WTF Mr Epsom salts. [emoji15][emoji109] Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  17. The two QB75's have been switched on. The @Light It Up 240W (centre stage) is set at 160W. The two @growopz QB75's (riding shotgun) is set at 135W. If I understand correctly I have just shy of 300W on the plants, correct? Using two phones and three different apps the screenshot pictured gives an average reading with the light 550mm above plants. I'll be playing around till Sunday on the light heights and settings on the 240W. I say Sunday cause Sunday I decide on biting the bullet and consider training.
  18. Thanks. Think it's got more to do with@Totemic genetics hey. Sure, I propagate and work with indigenous plants but looking over the grow threads one thing stands out. Just about everyone who had a kak start or some bad luck have had a good comeback with minimal effort. Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  19. Oh, and I added perlite to the mix. Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
  20. Day 32 if my math is correct. 11 days since the plants have been in smaller pots and roots started pushing out bottom of pots. Soil dried to a nice consistency and cinnamon powder added as I found wiggly worms that are definitely not earthworms. All 3 lights will be running from today so I'll be figuring out heights etc for the rest of the week. Training, still not sure if I should attempt it. Lack of experience the main problem. Water using borehole water ph 6.5 - 6.7. Spray a little Biogrow bioneem every 2 weeks or so from now on. Man. These plants have bounced back nicely.
  21. Morning all. Thought I'd start today with a fat Haunted Kush Cake spliff. Dried and been in the jar about two weeks. Still a bit unsure how to explain the smell. When I dunk my nose in the jar it's kinda fruity then a hint of citrus after it's passed through the grinder. Nice high, no couch lock for me. Clear head and just want to get up and do things now. From 25 plants after a few bud rot chucks ended up with 79.09g. 3.2g/plant from a 3l pot. Not great but I'm chuffed. Learnt a lot this season and have double the space available in the shade house now. Already collecting and prepping for the coming season. I'll post some porn later.
  22. Day 28. Hindsight hey. Looking back I should have stuck to the basics instead of jumping in the deep end and planting into final pot. Plants have bounced back and looking good I think. Due for a check for any bugs etc and a nervous watering tomorrow. Temperature in the cabinet sitting between 29-24 degrees during the day and has dropped as low as 13 degrees overnight. RH is all over the place between 43-59. Two @growopz QB75's added to the cabinet and waiting for the switch to be flipped. As for the soil I have added perlite and a small amount of vermiculite, flushed then spread on plastic to dry ever so slightly. While picking said soil up I noticed what I was hoping to be baby earthworms but is probably the start of gnats. Time to bring out the CINNAMON. According to my calculations I have 17 days left before flip to allow for the recommended +/- 70 days for flower. I'm gonna need help now guys. I think I'll have to wait at least a week before replanting into final pot. Can I start some sort of LST now before replanting? Probably not but need to ask. And most of all I'm gonna need guidance in any sort of training if still possible in my present situation as I am totally overwhelmed by what Google has to say.
  23. What part of the country do you harass the locals and what size driver you need? Got a Meanwell NS-100 something up for loan if you Cape Town side. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
