  1. Lol Kim I found a book for you organic growing for dummies . I know you hydro guys need all the help you can get
  2. Awesome bud! No way to guess yield unfortunately but if ypu treat her right she will reward you the best she can
  3. I can't be the only person growing a plant around here lol @Ajcapetown , you got nothing going bud? @Kingbong how about a pic of that outdoor lady? @dabzstar I am sure you have something you can post? @kimcarsons come on bud show us a hydro lady Not picking on you guys it's just names off the top of my head I am sure there lots more ladies being grown by others , I challenge you guys to show us a ladies
  4. @cheese420 Damping off is a fungus infection caused by a few fungi but the main culprit is normally Pythiun. Theses fungi thrive in cool damp conditions , this is why we try to keep out medium as dry as possible . Some strains are more resistant to fungi , this is why some get it and some don't. Once one gets it you can be sure the spores are around all the seedling , strong genetics help to prevent it as well. Cheers GLO
  5. You want nice full screens otherwise it's wasted space. After 9 days the branches become to brittle to bend easily. If ypu snap a branch use some micropore tape to repair it and it will be better than new . Some inspiration
  6. Yea take those leaves off , it's wasted energy if you leave them to start flowering
  7. Looking good bud , think you going to end up with one massive cola
  8. There's still plenty room in that screen bud so even if it's 3 girls you will be fine . Carry on tucking the ladies for 9 days into flower then let them grow out. Cheers GLO
  9. Then flip away bud , I will cross fingers for 3 ladies for you
  10. If you don't mind taking the gamble with males , flip away and enjoy bud.
  11. Well it were me in this situation this is what I would do but remember I am an organic nut lol. Top dress with a supersoil with mainly worms casting , then water with aact containing amino acids and humic acids and trace elements. Then get biobizz grow and bloom and carry on an organic routine. . Just my 2 cents
  12. When you say you started in jamies soil does this mean you still have a plug of it in the core? If so how big is it?
  13. Hi bud If you flip now and the other 2 turn out to be males your screens going to be really empty and there will be a lot of wasted grow space. What size pots are they in? As for Epson salts and feeding I honestly can't help you on that , you are now moving into the world of hydro and my knowledge is very limited on it. Last time I used Epson lasts was years ago... Cheers GLO
  14. A+++ on that reflector bud you got some skills. Depends on weather the 3rd plant is a male? Have you sexed it yet?
  15. Hahahaha spoken like a true hydro grower.....
  16. Not with organic soil... that will cause a rotten mess over time. Cannabis is classified as a desert plant so less water is always better
  17. Yea bud That's nothing , should be able to follow the feeding chart. I am surprised it got this far with that amount of nutrients.
  18. Unfortunately I am a huge distance away otherwise I would go. Next year I may fly up and see what it's about
  19. I don't mean to get you stressed but I say it like I see it lol no bullshit . Good call on the Epson as by this stage she could probably do with some calcium. As for the N , to much N will cause N toxcicity which will make your leave claw and slow down growth and bud development as well as make the bud hash on the throat to smoke. Unfortunately the plant just doesn't stop taking the N in .you may just need to adjust the feeding shedule to compensate.
  20. So you looking at a single cola about 550-600 tall , should be interisting
  21. I hope it's not 20-20-20.... that's way to much N for flower. This coco compact stuff worries me a little bud I won't lie. When I did some looking into it they market it by saying that's it's great because it comes in a clean package and won't make your hands dirty or things in your basket dirty.... that really shouldn't be a major selling point so what that leads me to believe is that it's marketed at the house wife that doesn't want to get her hands dirty. What also troubles me is that there is no info on what they put into it to charge it. There is no doubt your plants are loving it for veg , that's as plain as daylight to see but what does worry me is how it's going to cope with flower. Flowering put huge strain on any medium and after 14 days of flower not much nitrogen is needed. in a hydro setup I am unsure on the results as ibhave never grown hydro I hope I am just worrying over nothing and that they cruise through flower . You are going to have to keep a close eye on what she is telling you
  22. What nutrients will you be using? I can't find any NPK info on the coco compact stuff at all...
  23. You can but nothing I think you need to worry about , just pull the male when it's confirmed
  24. Would be easier to take a cutting and root it. It's also very late in the season to be taking cuttings from an avo , usually you want to do it in spring when there is lots of new growth on the tree. Also good to remember even from cutting or grafting it could take up to 7 years to produce fruit. If you get really desperate I can check my tree to see if there any viable placing to take cutting .
  25. Looking good bud , pollen is am amazing thing. There are two things you must bare in mind . First in veg you have preflowers weather male or female , not full flowers, so in veg it is possible for a preflower to get pollinated but it's a very outside chance and if anything there may be like 1 or 2 seeds max. Secondly is if a pollen sack blows it's load in veg ypu must make sure you clean everything properly as the pollen will hang around and once you go into flower it may cause problems but also a very small chance. Cheers GLO
