  1. I feel your pain bud.... I have thrown away to much due to botrytis... Buy new nutes bud I don't know how long biobizz lasts and it's not worth taking the chance
  2. Don't you have a stand for your microscope ? What I do with mine is just cut a sugar leaf off and use the microscope on a stand , there's no ways you will ever hold it steady enough to get a descent close up.
  3. The problem is fungal spores are a bastard , once it gets to the point where you notice it it has already pumped out millions of spores which will have covered everything in the grow. So to answere your question it's already to late for the rest of the grow but weather they have found suitable places to host on your plants is just a guess. I don't see a issue for another day or 2 but I wouldn't go much longer as it can spread fast and you may end up throwing out a lot of bud. The other issue I have found with botrytis is they way it can hide in buds , harvesting is the only way to truly tell how bad the infection is. Cheers GLO
  4. Bump... come on guys there a few nice flowering ladies around on the forums.... Let's get some entries in. I will put a lady up on the 26 after they have been through there 48h dark cycle
  5. Risk out weights reward I feel that late in flower especially if you only spraying water. There shouldn't be much dust or any bugs in an indoor grow. If you having issues I would try filtering your intake to stop the dust and keep bugs out. Just my 2 cents Cheers GLO
  6. Shit bud that sux.... The spores from the rot will be everywhere but you should be OK for another day or 2. Misting is a really bad idea in late flower. One you harvest you must also then clean everything properly because those spores will hang around waiting for another suitable host. Cheers GLO
  7. Looking good bud I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you have a nanner on the top right side of that bud. Cheers GLO
  8. Welcome bud good to have you around
  9. I have a S6 , I will get Tapatalk and try. Haven't used that app in ages
  10. Bubble kicks ass! Sorry I took so long to reply , the site is very broken on my phone atm and am very rarely on my laptop. I bought the vapestore bubble bags, Don't waste your money . They ran well for about 4 cycles giving me amazing quality full melt bubble. On the 5th run the 120u bad sticking came loose and ruined a batch. They replaced the bag no issues. 6th run was good then after that the bubble started becoming more contaminated and not full melt. I took the bag to a local silk screen expert and be put it under a scope. He told me that they holes were no were even close to there surposed size, some holes had doubled in size. This is a common problem on cheap chinease bags , the correct high quality screen needs to be used. So if you want to just get hash get the vapestore ones but if you want the purest quality full melt go for the original 8 bag bubble bag system. It's fucking pricey but worth it , mine should arrive in the next week or 2. Cheers GLO
  11. Looking good bud. She is a serious sativa i see , how long are you planning on letting her go?
  12. The first pic you posted , the leaves look to have mite damage but it may just be a trick of light with the plants being wet. The bulb is probably not compatible with a digital ballast.
  13. He is the auther of true living organics and a writter at skunk mag. He is all round organics "expert"
  14. Yea I could see they had been sprayed , it was the leaf tips pointing down I was wondering about. It was either just watered or you had a nutrient problem
  15. Looking good bud. Had you just watered when you took that pic?
  16. Yes and no. While I do agree to a point it's also the fact that unfortunately not all bulbs are created equally . I have run cheap bulbs and the more expencive bulbs next to each other and you can see a noticeable difference . Weather it be from specrun or lumans , there is a different. By using a low quality bulb from the start you are handy capping yourself from the start , if your intentions are to just get a few grows under your belt then just go for a cheapy but if you are aiming for AAA+ quality the bulb will play a large role. Basicly low quality will do the job but a good high quality bulb will do it better. Ps it's also good to remember that with digital ballasts becoming more popular not all hps bulbs will work effectively due to the much higher frequently rate they operate at. That's why I try stick to ones designed for digital ballasts are the seem to last longer.
  17. If you wanting the lumatek bulbs you will have to import them. The best local hps bulbs you can get are osram plantastar , I use them as backup bulbs. The osrams are great for veg as well as the produce 30% extra blue light , I feel they better than cheap mh for veg. If you looking for cheap just go to your electrical wholesaler like vortex and buy an hps , why will be the cheapest. The real difference in bulbs comes on when you running multiple bulbs in flower. For example if you cheap bulb puts out say 5000 less luman it's not a huge train smash with one bulb , not the best but livable . Say then you run 5 bulbs each loosing 5000 luman all of a sudden you are loosing a lot of luman and wasting a lot of energy the plant could be using for the same amount of power used... hope this makes sense . Cheers GLO
  18. 1798 Luminous Efficiency (lm/W): 150 PAR (umol/s): 1,798 Photo Flux (phyto-lm): 290,000
  19. Agreed , your bulb is what converts the electrical energy to energy your plant can use. Poor bulbs equal poor harvests. Haha the new lumatek high par 1000w bulbs are now over R1200 each so don't feel to bad
  20. Looking good bud , how about a none hps pic? She looks really sativa so good luck with the stretch , hope it stops soon.
  21. It's all very strain dependent but the simple answere is yes they will. Average of about another 20%-30% height increase after stretch sativas can hit about 50%
  22. It was bound to happen at some stage.... the police wouldn't ignore such a easy bust for that long. I am just glad I never bought anything from them.
