  7. I only mulch my outdoor plants indoors I want water to evaporate a bit faster. But that is just preference.
  8. What are you using as mulch?
  9. When you are around these plants all the time you loose your sence of smell. But I thing my neighbour's are appreciation it. And every body that visits me always tells me it smells great. Thank you. It has taken me a long time to get here.
  10. Had to stake the one auto this week. She is finishing much faster than the others. Not a very strong plant. The other 2 are solid.
  11. Week 5. Had to stake some plants the last week. I also started flowering the Sluricane.
  12. Why do you give nutrients to an organic soil. I am currenly growing a plant in that soil just to test it an have fed biobizz bloom a couple of times. It does not need much. If I was you I would water once or twice with plain water untill I see run off then find a good microbial inoculant like explodegrow from papaj's shop or jamies garden shop. And switch to biobizz nutrients if you really want to give something. Dont add more shit it just causes more problems.
  13. I'm not saying it is wrong to add salts. You could probably do both you must just know what you are doing to the microbes in your soil. But like @CreX is saying molasses will keep them alive. I am currently experimenting with adding wood ash to my water to see if a potassium boost late in flower does anything to the plants.
  14. There is people that grow with salts in soil. But at lower doses than what they recomend. If you do have microbes in your soil and you feed salts the plant will stop producing sugars for them. The plant produces sugars to stimulate certain microbes to increase the size of the microbial colonies. Certain microbes breaks down phosphate ions to chelated phosphorus and others break down ammonia to chelated nitrogen. Only chelated ions can be absorbed by the plant. Once you start feeding already chelated ions (nutient salts) the plant stops regulating these microbial colonies and thus will die off as the do not have food. So decide which way you want to go.
  15. I have never washed a bud ever and I still run 10ks every 2nd day.
  16. There is still plenty of nutrients in that soil. I would not feed it untill it starts flowering. And get some biobuzz bloom. That is all she will need.
  17. It is a microbial rich tea. You dont need to worry about NPK. I give it all the time.
  18. I dont like to over water my plants. In veg I water about 500ml per day. At the moment I water 1.25l on one day and the other day I water with 500ml. I also monitor the bags. If they seem to heavy I skip a day. In my soil mix I use peat moss. It retains much more water than coco based soils.
  19. I am growing one plant in ff soil. I have no problems. I dont pH my water at all. What I have learnt over the years is to inoculate your soil with a good microbial blend. You could make your own and there is lots of great products out there. Products like explode grow, EM1 or Biodyne. Micro organisms will sort your problem out.
