I don't think I'll outright do my own part by part mix of soil so I think to start out I will go for Living Organic Mix by Organics Matters with a 1/4 mix of worm castings, then a handful of Talborne Vita Grow for veg, then add some Vita Flower along with a top dress of the above at flip to flower. Myco to also be used at every transplant.
Then for the most part I will just feed with plain water.
This is a great idea bud, I think that will honestly work out quite well, I hear the talborne amendments give great results! I’ll keep an eye out for it

Many thanks for the feedback .
Comment on the fan makes perfect sense!. Shame I missed your heaters but will start looking around now. I'm not sure if I would need 2 though?.
Do you think a 400w panel is enough for my 1.2M2 tent?.
Cheers......

Fully agreed, and when I'm done with the Biobizz I'd like to look into this. I've been reading up on KIS organics and have been listening a bit to their podcast with Tad Hussay called Cannabis Cultivation and Science. They provide some really great insight in how to grow organically and cheaply without compromising on quality, but it's a science and I feel you really gotta know what you're doing to prevent any headaches. Which I guess is why Biobizz has it's place in the organic world because it is indeed technically organic and basically plug and play, whereas mixing your own soil might take some trial and error.
AWWEEEHH bru! I would be very keen to see this one, Tad Hussey is definitely one of those guys who really know what they are doing. Ya Biobizz is not exactly organic but its certified organic, so that what really matters lol.
When growing organic living soil, you just want to ensure there is as much nutrient cycling as possible, there are lots of ways to get the system moving some what, but is nothing like instantly available nutrients in ionic form. Then also, having enough nutrients for what ever purpose or style of growing you intent on doing? pots sizes and veg times?
Have you thought about any recipes that you would like to maybe try?

Should update here, but things have happened as I thought they would, lazy gardener mentality, so these plants have become quite an annoyance not because of anything really but because of the street lights causing all the plants to slow flower down as well as revegging seen on the one GG4 clone, other control one going on with flowering,
So they have still be getting nutes but not as often as I was away, they got a 0,5ml p/L dose before I left them.
you will notice I moved all the plants out on the astroturf, next to the shade cloth, the street light in question is in a south west position, so they in a more shaded dark place at night.
At the time I moved them I thought to go and have a look at the weather to see when’s the next earth watering, pm doesn’t stop for nothing
anyway, let’s see if we can fight all battles ☝

Hi all,
Just wondering about different ways to keep Tent up to temperature in the night when lights go out?.
I've ordered a RAM fan controller box to start with. 1.2x1.2 tent and on slow speed the fan seems an overkill sucking some nice 12°C cold air at a fair old rate!. I've ordered a 400w Desktop fan heater and will couple this with a separate thermostat. The fan will be placed with back near intake. Will update findings in 2-3 weeks for anyone interested.
In the meantime, if anyone has any other suggestions to keep the tent warm I would be grateful. Panel heater is possible????.
Also,........ what is the coldest temp (at night) that the plants could handle?. I believe 24°-27°C is the ideal temp-----in an ideal world!.
I'm running everything on Solar so big wattage heaters are out of the question.
Setup; Mars tent, led lights, ram 150mm fan. 2 fresh air 150mm inlet feeds.
Nice set up bud, I would suggest a panel heater. If your fan heater is still in the box. Possibly take it back and get a panel heater in there, you can use a sonoff to regulate the temperature switching it on an off to keep the temp in the desired range. I have found this to be the best method to warm up the tent during these times. Also possibly let your lights run during the night to keep the temps in a better range.
Goodluck.

I heard a similar group of guys got taken down in Durban recently. It appears if you are full-on just growing weed for people, somebody is going to have a problem.
Although it seems that hydro stores and cafes who supply cannabis to individuals are being left alone for the most part. Kinda fucky, but this is the trend I'm seeing.
I think I heard on cannabiz news desk, them saying that Haze club had got a date at the constitutional court to finally get an answer regarding their model and legitimacy of such, they said around June/July I think. Then they also commented that it being useful information or not is determined on how they plan to introduce this new recreation commercialization bombshell that has recently been dropped. Making them legit regardless.
Something is coming, fingers crossed!

People just want feedback, its imperative when running a business. Some do not acknowledge this.

Thanks so much for the reply bud. I honestly thought this thread had died. Reslly appreciate your help. I've been seeing much better results this grow leaving my soil to dry out even more than im accustomed to. Better root growth and overall faster growth of the plants. I really love growing in soil and i wish i can master it someday and produce high quality, clean medicine just like you pros. This community is great btw, especially sinc3 my grow operation is a secret from most people apart from my wife and a couple of friends. Im the only grower in my circle.
That’s great to hear bud, glad you are having success, I wouldn’t say pros, we are all humble gardeners, and many willing to help. Which is good. Share your grows in the grow diary and let the peeeps help you out even more

Induction(if you have one running) should be running 24/7, if not, the plants get to a point where they are basically holding their breathe as the PPm of CO2 drops significantly.
Extraction can also run constantly, or when humidity gets to high.
Given the size of the grow, both are very necessary

Blessing to all you green buddies!
I hope the weekend has been one for the garden, I’ve moved some girls around to make space for new endeavours. These girls outside we have the Jelly breath and Dqxslurri flowering but bearly, they should be done in actual fact but the LED street lights don’t make flowering smooth sailing, plus too the powdery mildew is coming to bite us, but I’m positive we can maybe get to the end
just moving the jelly breath under the shading of the greenhouse initiated flower properly, which was actually a second flower stretch, so she turned out big.
these small girls were treated quite badly but I needed a solid cutting, so we can’t really worry too much about them, will be running the clones that are somewhat worthy.
Then we got a new light, I’m collecting equipment so I may be putting stuff up for sale soon.
It’s a 650w LED lamp, lm281B diodes run on 2 individual 320w JUSON drivers and individual dimmers setting which is very useful in my opinion.
Will be running some dqxslurri short in here
I think that’s all to report,
ps, the weekend is over yet- 3

Going very nicely bud, that DQxslurri is dense, it will yield very well. It has really good resistance to mold and pests. I only chopped my outdoor plant yesterday and it survived a couple of rains.
