  1. Metal Inline Fan baby. All the noise and all the power! Hasn't failed me for over three years.
  2. That, and starting 45mins early
  3. It will forever remain, by my decree
  4. Website states "100% organic materials", but I like them because they keep the perfect level of moisture I find without me having to stress if I'm drowning or frying my seeds. I however have actually just used my last pack of EazyPlugs and will probably move onto Jiffies in future; there's too much packaging for the EazyPlugs and I seldom find the big refill bags.
  5. 24 hour soak in the shot glass and I have three sunken seeds. Next I soaked some EazyPlugs in 5.8pH water and then let them warm up on the heat mat before popping the three seeds inside at a depth of about 5mm and lightly covering the tops via pinching. Then into the veg tent in a closed propagation dome on top of a heat mat. The veg tent itself is a 1.2x1.2m LiteHouse Lite tent. I have a 120W Quantum Board set at 100W at about 120cm high. From past grows I have found this to be a sweet spot for seedlings/clones but I must still play around considering this is the first time I'm using this tent. I am looking to optimise the light spread as much as possible without necessarily upgrading the LED as well but I am confident it's got enough oomph for a 1.2x1.2 veg tent. The mylar seems way better than my old generic tent but I can't objectively say. Other than that I also have a 4' exhaust fan just to pull stale air out of the tent at low speed as well as a DIY panel heater with a Sonoff switch to automatically regulate the temperature within the veg tent. At this time I like keeping the temp at a cozy 24C. Next we wait for the seedlings to present themselves
  6. Popped the seeds just now at 11:15AM in room temperature mineral water to leave to soak overnight.
  7. My seeds as well as my totally legit and unique definitely-did-not-accidentally-throw-away sticker
  8. Thanks dude. I'll keep that in mind. I actually just recently gave my Ariser ArGo to @PsyCLown @CreX maybe you can finally swap out that ass pipe of yours
  9. Great offer. Where are you based @monkeybar?
  10. @Naughty.Psychonaut with the heat. Thoroughly enjoyed the read and info, well played sir.
  11. Commendable. I think we need much more local video content in the cannabis community. It feels very far and few between on YouTube, I know most local guys try things on Instagram, but I think YouTube is more suitable. Just unfortunate that they censor cannabis content so much.
  12. I'm all about synergy tactics bruh
  13. Ah I see, so flushing just in terms of recycling a synthetic nutrient medium such as coco/perlite. Well, I have already admitted to doing that, however I will also say I do not go as far as @CreX does in terms of the extent of flushing, sieving or even re-buffering. I agree one cannot simply just keep reusing coco over and over without some kind of detriment to the cation exchange rate and pH/EC imbalance but that would be more a problem for your plant than for your health in my opinion (got no links for that aspect, eish) and of course your yield may vary due to this. When it comes to flushing for purposes of rinsing out excess nutrients from the medium to avoid a chemical taste of some sort before harvest, that I am sure of is not necessary. I think what may be more necessary is to allow your medium to dry out before harvest. The pots themselves get washed not necessarily for the salts but more as a preventative to any molds or pathogens, but I suppose I benefit then anyways regardless of my belief as whatever salt builds up also gets washed away in the process.
  14. Gimme direct links to why flushing works, then you let me know when you've finished the MIGRO video, then we meet back here. Hm?
  15. No you didn't. I've been running the video on the side since I posted the link and it's only just now about to finish. This thread is officially just opinion, so let's just agree to that and keep posting our opinions instead of claiming any research or facts.
  16. Shot! No here's a doozy, why would I go and look at anything you've linked as research if I know for a fact you didn't watch the video in the link I and @PsyCLown posted which disproves flushing and would have also explained how salts, and for that matter, nutrients in general are absorbed by plants. So before you go tuning people to step out of their comfort zones, to post links and to do their own research, take some of your own advise and do the same, buddy. Lead by example. It's your thread after all.
  17. Just one crumb of a link please Senpai please!
