  1. The man knows his strains. LoL Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  2. It does look like a long shot but if it's in week 5 then I think it should be OK unless it has longer flowering time... Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  3. So I asked myself the question, " what do I do with the extra plants I have??? " Answer is, go buy some perlite and coco coir. It quite cheap if you buy in bulk and do your homework. There is a company called INFIGRO that is based in Blackheath. They're prices is good. Perlite - R220 for 100L Vermiculite - R145 for 100L Coco Coir R40 for 4.5kg block But back to the story at hand. I got myself perlite and coir as I said, then headed over to the hydro store and picked up some Calmag, a cheap pH meter (the bottle one, works OK to test pH) and headed home. Buffered the coco, flushed it and mixed up a 50 50 mix of coco perlite. Reason for going with this mix is that it's cheap, can be re-used, flushes much better and doesn't bring those fucking fungus gnats we all came to love... cough cough Freedom Farm cough cough........ I wanted to use 4 x 15L pots but sadly only had 2 spare. So I used 2 x 25L and 2 x 15L pots next run I'll do all 4 with the same size. And with that I also decided to do a little test. Main reason for getting the pH meter cause I have a bag of mineral feed used for flowering orchids. I used it once before and I worked well so I thought I'd do a test. 2 of them will be fed with Bio Bloom and the other 2 will get a mineral feed. I know there is better mineral feed out there but this is what I have on hand now and if I like the results then I'll fork out money and get better nutrition for the ladies. The Bio-Bloom plants: Shiskaberry Chocolope The 2 mineral plants: Bruce Banner #3 x Bruce Banner #3 Bruce Banner x Girl Scout Cookies The flowering light cycle will be the gas lantern cycle which means the light cycle is as follows: 8 hours on / 16 hours off. I used it on my previous grow but with that one I dropped the light cycle with 30 min every 2 weeks until I came to 8 hours on and 16 hours off. This time I am starting the cycle with the cycle at 8 /16. This method does not allow that all to well known stretch and is perfect for vegging a bit longer or for heavy Sativa dominant plants. The most stecth I noticed was 2 cm... The 1st time I heard/read about this method was on Grow Weed Easy and ever since then I always wanted to try it. Reson for the extra plants is because I love to plant seeds. I over planted and guessed I would have more males...guess I was wrong. So now I have them andagain it something I wanted to do for quite a while - side by side grow, organic vs mineral..... I know the Bruce Banner is not well trained but it was kinda last minute decision. That's about it for ins and outs on what's going down in the tent. Come on by, hang out and talk shit. Maybe even share some tips on how I fuck up .
  4. A few pics of the 2 beauties. I fed them a super tea this morning and really excited to see what they do. They are responding really well in the coco. Even without checking any pH. Just water and Seagro and a cocktail now and then.
  5. I only have experience outdoors with companion planting. Indoors I wouldn't do it cause of space issues. You do not want another feeder growing alongside your ganja competing for food and in the end taking some important nutes that could've been used by the weed. Indoors is an controlled environment which basically means you are god. So with that said, cleanliness comes after godliness. If you have pest problems indoors then you did not clean yourself good enough before visiting them. Or accidentally picked up a pest while on your way home. If I see any pests I whip out Ludwig and read them their final words... Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  6. Bevok dude. That's some innovative thinking. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk

  8. Bru all you need is 2 pair of hands to catch that soil mass and 1 pair of hands to navigate etc. It's do-able.....but with great care. They need to be repotted anyway cause 2 in that small pot will just not do... At some point they need to be split anyway. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  9. Well then I guess he just needs to let it dry out properly and take it from there. Hope it recovers Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  10. Flushing it out will be good yeah but don't you think the soil is a bit to compact leaving it to be more wet causing more issues. What's the possibility of a repot at this stage??? Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  11. Nah that's not nute burn. I think it's more root issues. Might be wrong but I found the same issue on one of my ladies outdoor a couple of days after transplanting..... Definitely some sort of deficiency cause check the lower leafs. Yellow margin with inner green. Seems like a lockout cause that's Mg deficiency or a lockout Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  12. Oh yeah dude. Liking those pots. I have same ones being prepped for more ladies. Those strains sound quite decent..... Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  13. Do not read every grow report on every forum - it will confuse you with info. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  14. Well done man. You are keeping yourself busy. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  15. More than happy man. Will be updating weekly or every 2nd week. Depends on how fast things happen. I have saved a spot for the 1 female in the garden and lime I said I'm just waiting on the sex. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  16. Guess I'll do my part of posting in this section. I feel bad for now posting sooner but we all know what's what when it happens. Can't recall my initial starting date (sorry). 1st up is a pic of 4 seedling in the 20th October. 2 didn't make it after popping. 2 seedlings didn't look to well but kept them anyway. When the other 2 started growing they just stood still so I decided to pull them. Which left me with these 2.... I moved them outdoors and they are happily growing in the sun...underneath 40 % shade cloth.... They are being fed Seagro at 5ml per liter. The grow medium is coco. The reason for that is for when I transplant to a coco/perlite mix. The coco makes a nice rootball. I am now waiting on sex and then I'll move them into bigger pots and prep for flowering. Thanx @dank for allowing me to give your genetics a go. I really hope I don't disappoint...
  17. I found that too cause I veged indoor and when I planted outdoors I added supplemental light to keep them going bit they picked up on something and went into flower quick but started reveging. Nice thing about it is that it's a supercrop now and she's bushy as heck. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  18. True words man. That soil still looks pretty compact... [emoji2369] It won't take spidermites long to make a home there. So clean and stay clean [emoji6]
  19. OK I see. Never grew out a cbd strain before. Are they the same as normal plants??? 30% THC will take tolerance a step up again Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  20. Wow that BB looks good. I've noticed that once the manners starts forming it was time to harvest or harvest time is past due. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  21. Geez that's a topic that got me thinking. I used to make use of chemical fertilizer when I started growing. Mainly due to the misguided info that was out there. And to go organic you had to have space to make compost and tea and it will not work if you live in a block of flats etc etc. So as I grew I started googling and asking questions to point where I pissed people off but at the end of the day, it comes down to what works for you and gets you you desired results....... I use organic nutrients and my soil is from FF. I belive that as long as you feed you soil with things that is plants based your fine and on the organic route.....but what if those vegetable extract for the bio bloom is made from half non-organic fruits and veggies, then it becomes quite technical. I guess there will be a lot of different answers but you need to do your homework and stay alert when buying products. There are some products out there that states they are environmentally friendly but still end up being chemicals...... Phyta from bio grow is like that if I'm not mistaken. I bought it back in 2014 as a organic supplement but the liquid inside was bright blue... There used to be a sticker on the bottom that said "organic" but a few months after that those stickers were removed / covered up. Stuff worked like a bomb but didn't use it for to long due to finding out its chemical.. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  22. Chopped the Red Cherry Berry and Monster Gorilla on Tuesday. Buds is hard, trichomes started getting amber and pistils were perfect. It was a quick choice but mostly my own fault. When growing with the 12-1 cycle you cut the flowering time down by a few days to a week. I knew it but never tried it before and she was ready a week before she was supposed to be ready. It's a good thing because the space is needed in the tent to do a proper run with all the same strain. Tired of this different harvesting times. Well not tired just wanna try other ways aswell. I will post update pics of the buds and the leftover plants in the tent soon. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  23. On the outdoor plants (Honeysuckle etc) I used a mix of apple cider vinegar, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. The plant recovered and even looked healthier. Can't say what it'll do on your buds etc.... Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
  24. McGuyver style dude. Well done on saving the young one. Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk
