PsyCLown
Not sure if its the lighting or my eyes, but the leaves on the plant is not looking too happy. @CreX what do you think? Otherwise keen to see how the mainline turns out
Pants
The light does make it look a bit lighter. Wil keep an eye out and need to get proper lights one daySent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Otherwise keen to see how the mainline turns out now that you point it out, the leaf veins are slightly different to the rest of the plant. Classic magnesium deficiency... or rather the start of one. What are you feeding her? i hope you have a box of epsom salts handy!

PsyCLown
If you have calmag, that could work too - although it contains more than just magnesium. Foliar spray will likely work best / most effectively and quickly.

Epsom salts you say Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yes, Magnesium sulphate(Epsom Salts) is what you need. it is like @PsyCLown mentioned, if you have some CalMag laying around then that will work in a pinch. But it does contain Calcuim Nitrate which could push your nitrogen up a bit high.
Pants
Thanks guys. Will pick some up. Let’s see if the works better than my FIM experiment
Pants
So I seem to have overdone the epsom salts and the leaves went all curly. But looks like she is recovering. Went ahead and topped a second time as the new growth was all furled up. Here’s hoping she’ll pull through Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bakstein420
Did you chop at the 1st node on the 2nd cut?
Pants
Yea. Overdid the Epsom salts last week and almost lost her. All the new growth curled up, so I just took it off. Don’t have a lot of space and it is my forst attempt so learning as I goSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Bakstein420
Wow I did not know you could over due epsom salts. Ok cool, just wondered why you chopped at the 1st node. I always chop at the 3rd node, gives a nice spread.

Pants
So seems I took one branch back too far or something funny going on. Just a fan leaf, no node growing, bottom left. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
PsyCLown
@Pants did you top that branch as well? Regardless, I am sure the plant will sort itself out and push out a node, although it may be below the fan leave and may take a while.
Pants
This one has acted very strange since the Epsom salts foliar treatment that was overdone. One of the nodes growing out is growing through a fan leaf Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
