@Totemic is it a good idea to give a nitrogen boost once pistils show in case they look a bit light green? And then klap some bat guano to support the flowering stage? That is excluding weekly Kelpak, Epic 5:2 and maybe some worm castings to top dress.

Ive had an evil little garden gnome with a small black cloak destroying my plants a couple of seasons ago. Tracked his miniature footsteps all the way to his hideout. Baited him with a fresh nugget and keeping him now as a repellant in my garden. He gets free herb and keeps all the intruders at bay especially the bloody muskeljatkatte. Handy little fucker he is. I named him Mr Pickles. Hows that!

Keep clones on 18/6 or 20/4 schedule. Seagro is not suppose to burn plants. I would go half strength. Myco is good stuff. I just havent used it.

I wouldn't stress about length of roots as long as they are healthy. No need to wait until lights out to transplant. The fading of some leaves is due to energy being used to create a healthy root structure. Its normal. Very light nitrogen feed like fishmix or whatever after solo cup transfer. Yewww typed out now! Clones are hardy. Patience.

I'm no pro cloner but here is what i do: Take healthy cutting. Cut at 45deg just below an internode. Immediately place in glass jar filled with water to prevent air bubbles travelling up the cut. When ready, take cutting, dip in rooting hormone and place into soaked jiffy pellet. Then into humidity dome. Spray dome's lid with water and keep vents closed. Place in indirect light for 24 hours. After 24hours place under direct light. PPFD reading 200-400. Open dome lid once or twice a day to allow fae. Keep lid sprayed with water for humidity. Temps 21-27 celcius and humidity 70%-90%. After cuttings started showing roots, start hardening them off by opening dome vents slightly more every day. If wilting occurs increase humidity by closing vents. When ready transplant into solo cups with a very light feeding. Pot up once roots poke from drainage holes. Sorted

All im saying is, stay away from BnB. You will receive radio silence if there is any issues germinating etc. Rant over. Support those that deserve the support.

The question is: Which local seedbank are really legit? All of them get their seeds from the same mtfken reseller. The difference is in how they handle customer feedback and what their future plans look like re eliminating resellers like Tiger One.

Take this from a rookie that learned the hard way in the last couple of years. Do not buy seeds from seedbanks that have a non germination policy. They do not want to take responsibility for buying redundant bulk stock from resellers. They do not give a shit about their customers. Its all about swinging the stuff for a quick buck. President Seeds, Simba Seeds and Biltong & Budz are some of the ones that come to mind. There are many others like them. Rather support guys like Overgrow who listens to their customer's feedback and goes out of their way to retain their client base. I will keep on giving credit where credit is due. Peace

Ja im thinking to scale down to 10L fabric pots due to space restrictions. Anything smaller than 10L will get rootbound real fast. Dont know if you have rootbound issues?

Ja definitely. Regular nitrogen feeds also very important. Pruning the mother keeps size in check. If she becomes too rootbound, prune the roots. This will significantly slow down growth due to energy being focused on root recovery which is a good thing if you keeping a mother for long term. To note also that before root pruning, prune the foilage down, give a weeks recovery then prune roots. The stress of pruning is huge for the plant.

I'm planning to also keep a mother plant which is in a 20L fabric pot with super soil. I will be topping and pruning to control size and slow down growth and if roots become an issue, prune them down.

Howzit guys. Ive got a couple of clones in a humidity dome on a shelf in the garage. 30w led floodlight on 18/6 timer. With loadshedding, this throws a bit of a fork in the cork of course.How many hours of interruption in light cycles will have a significant effect on my clones?

Purple stems indicates stress caused by temps or watering. The purpling only at the tips rules out genetics. Id diagnose it as heat stress and/or underwatering.
