Observe, the results of pressing hash collected from the trim of my most recent harvests. This is the first time I have ever had dab in my possession, and this shit looks fine as hell. Too bad I don't have a dab rig! Can anyone recommend a place to get myself setup?

Training begins! Each plant has been topped and cleaned, with two branches remaining to begin the manifold shape. I will apply the LST tomorrow. I expect the next topping to happen not too long from now. Before After

The big tent is geared and ready to go Eight ZxP at the beginning of their veg journey. I want the plants to get settled for a few days after transplant before I begin training. This run will potentially be how I might continue to grow concurrently and a method I will try to perfect as I also try to perfect my selected strains harvest after harvest. If anything in future, I see myself upgrading the LEDs at a time that this current set have run their course and the next generation finds itself on our shelves, whenever that may be. The plan will be to top all the plants and again run a manifold grow style similar to that of the Organic Tent™. I am hoping that the Autopots and airdomes will provide vigorous growth during veg and make the training less time consuming. I will use two layers of nets this time, the first layer to help spread the initial manifold growth and then another layer to keep the colas evenly spread at the canopy level. A single layer net in the Organic Tent™ was only just enough but the canopy size is not too deep, so the branches managed to hold up relatively well on their own. I would like to get slightly bigger plants going in the big tent so the additional net layer will be a must.

It's starting to get hot in here

Wedding Cake weigh-in! Between the 6 WC plants I managed to harvest a total of 215g This WC bud smells super good. Sweet vanilla with a hint of that powerful weed diesel smell. Still a little hint of chlorophyll so the cure must continue! I have found that a minimum of two months cure is the sweet spot for an impatient smoker luckily I have a good supply now so I can practice patience a bit with the curing!

Fantastic stuff! That Blueberry HP does look mighty fine

Grow diaries where it's at.

Blessings and salutations sir. Please do let us know of any endeavors you might have in future so that we may continue to support you in any way we can.

Welcome! Do you have anything growing at the moment?

Is the sad news true my dude?

A little update on the situation at large. I have cleaned and reset the 2.4x1.2 tent and have essentially everything ready to go for the transplant to the autopot system. I have also upgraded the tent slightly by adding an additional 240W QB bringing the total potential LED power in this tent to 960W. I have eight ZxP lined up busy filling up their current sized pots with roots before transplant. This tent is up to a good start so far! I am having slight issues in the veg tent at the moment. I have 4 ZxP clones that are each doing different things and I sort of need them to be all level like the 8 in the big tent. I also have a handful of clones in the propagators that are also struggling to root. This started at around the turn of Winter so I have since added a heat mat under the propagators and I am heating the grow room itself as well from now. I am hoping that the heat will help the veg tent but if all fails I can take the tops of the 8 ZxP and use 4 of them to replace the plants in the Organic Tent™ and another 4 for the new 1.2x1.2 I have setup and ready to go. This route will delay the 1.2x1.2 I have ready to go but I also just recently ordered some new seeds due to arrive soon so...maybe I take this as an opportunity to instead pop some seeds

That's just draft law. Currently there are no written laws as to the amounts allowed for personal cultivation. The cops usually make a judgement call at the time and everything is pretty much determined in court. Rather follow the advice posted by @Naughty.Psychonaut above, it's the best course of action. Although in those situations you're likely to at least lose all your equipment, but you are likely not to be convicted and serve time.

It's no problem man I'm just busting balls

Hey, buddy! This is a DIY thread!

Reading my mind! Up until now I was doing a staggered perpetual and doing 6 plants at a time, 18 total at different stages of flower in the flower tent but now that I have finally got the tent empty I want to grow all the plants at the same phase. This will allow me to have some time in veg stage instead of being forced to flower immediately upon entry into flower tent. The other adjustment I am using is to do fewer plants. I am going to replicate what's going on in the Organic Tent™ and do 4 plants per 1.2m² instead of 9. This will be due to the extra veg time, the plants will each get much bigger so having some extra space would be great. I would also like to do a similar training style with the manifold to increase the per plant average. I think ironically the overall yield by doing the above will perform much better than more plants growing el natural.

As far as the article explains the cops only looked into the property because of an "odor" and then they reacted swiftly. I'm not sure how they would get evidence of the person dealing from only finding a grow room and extraction equipment because as far as anybody knows the person and their family has a huge apatite for the 'ol cannabis bush. There's always these articles of okes getting caught, but I never see them brag about people being actually convicted or serving time give me cases!

Hours and hours in trim jail I also find that using a pair of pruning scissors that do not have any springs seriously helps when you are doing multiple hours in a row. My personal favourite pair of pruners are the Chikamasa B-500. If kept clean, the Japanese steel will last you a lifetime. Konnichiwa

I have just weighed the recent harvest of the 5x ZxP plants. The total for this was 188g. Better yield than the KmintZ even though it was a whole one plant less, which is cool. The bud is looking pretty quality too so I am satisfied. I do want to start bumping these per plant harvests up though.

Yet again, cops can't do shit themselves. Always keep your nose clean and don't draw attention to your neighbors. The proverb of "don't shit where you eat" comes to mind. Use carbon filters if you are gonna have a mad grow! Although the smell of cannabis is not enough to let police into your private area. You are allowed to consume cannabis in your private space so the victim didn't actually have to let the police in. Although, his actions of working with the police officers will probably help him in the long run, depending what he was saying during the initial inspection of his property. See these canisters? The above quote makes me think these are large bottles of butane. Alternatively it could be CO2. Either way, CO2 or butane, having those sized bottles in a confined space like this is a super no-no. Just this alone could get somebody into trouble and is actually quite frankly the only good part about this story. This dude was a mad lad having those bottles in a frickin bathroom

Organic Tent™ has just hit week 5. There is already a little bit of fade developing, I'm pretty sure it's because of the cold. Night time temps in the tent are occasionally hitting 17C. The terpenes smell very crisp, sharp and sweet. The buds are also looking plump and healthy. Here's to the tail end of flowering! Will I see you again, PM Bro and Mr. Bud Rot? Hope not! I have also recently finished trimming the latest ZxP harvest. The buds look very nxa. I want to cure this batch for a full 2 months before even doing a tester Next I must trim the Wedding Cake harvest, it is still busy hanging and drying.

I've owned the 600W Blackline electronic ballast and it's as loud as any airpump or fan I've used, except instead of a hum it's a high pitched rrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeee!!!!
-
Let's say per 1.2m², 1000W but you don't need to run it at 100% all the time. Would also help with longevity if you could underpower the diodes. This I rate is a personal preference, but I do not enjoy the frequency that ballasts generate and I am unfortunate to be able to hear the coil whine so I would prefer the silence of drivers. I see where Lumii are coming from, and I actually think it's a really clever move to use ballasts over drivers because anybody who's invested in a 600W electronic ballast to run their MH/HID bulbs can easily just switch over to the LED fixture for a slightly cheaper price because you already own the ballast. Even I have a ballast lying around from the old days (3 years ago lol).
-
I'd be willing to bet we are one generation away from what will become the new standard for LEDs. I think bar LEDs will take over from QBs and the efficiency of the drivers will also increase. If they could maybe bump up the wattage, replace the ballast with a dimmable driver and keep it all at the same price, I'd be sold. We honestly don't need UV, we don't need IR, just gooi me that good old 3000k full spectrum and some 660nm all in a neat little package and we good son.
