  1. What's new in this club
  2. I transplanted the seedlings on Saturday, but my phone decided to be a retard and somehow lost the picture I took. The little ones already had some of their roots stuck into the sides of the paper cups, so it went a bit rougher than I would have liked. A nice reminder for me that paper cups are not always the best for seedlings. They all took it in their stride and loving life, here is a update picture of the little danksters.
  3. @Kgrows the soil mix sounds good, you could adjust perlite if you wanted it a bit lighter. Like with most things the quality of the ingredients will most likely make or break the mix. Be sure that your compost/earthcastings is not "fresh" or "hot" as it will most likely just burn the hell out of the plants. You have the BioBizz (magic sauce) and plants do very well on it.
  4. wow, Never would have thought about "cheating" in order to win a growing comp.. which you didn't pay to enter and got free seeds and perhaps bought yourself a nice new piece of kit. The world we live in today..
  5. Think it was only to the first couple guys to buy seeds.. missed that memo so think i just missed out. :)))
  6. You didn't get steroids with yours??? :) Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk
  7. Woah okay ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Going strong bud๐Ÿ˜
  8. Did you only plant 4? Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk
  9. I don't know what the issue was last night but the photo upload is working again (maybe too many bongs). Top left = 1 Bottom left = 2 Bottom right =3 Harvest is now complete just waiting for the batch to dry and then these guys can get all the light the deserve.
  10. @Dank I'll post a pic later. They are all alive and well๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜‡ wil raise the night temps soon tho..
  11. Choc #4 has been eliminated due to lack of interest :) :) Others popped and ready. This is probably the area where I have the least amount of experience. One gets spoiled when using clones. Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk
  12. Maybe look into the brother range of label printers as well. Local label cartridges are a little pricey, but it really makes life easier. Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk
  13. May be a good idea. One of the bags in the last batch Cultura I bought looked like the soil actually started to pick up mildew. Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk
  14. @Trailblazer420 its a kak one, i've never lost a seedling before but suppose its schoolfees for switching to organic. I've used it previously & it worked perfectly but was feeding synthetic nutes, so maybe the microbes are the main issue here, either bad or non existant. I'll use the rest of the culterra to start a small compost heap.
  15. It's a Epson LW-300 label printer.
  16. @Kgrows, I've had SOME success with cultera, but have a suspicious feeling that it may have been the cause of my gnat infestation. Not the greatest soil to use, even as a base for your mix. Don't feel too bad about being behind, there will be plenty of time to catch up. I don't even think I'm a full week in yet. Make sure your pH is fine, as this will cause major lockout. 17. @Dank yeah i have myco in the root zone already, i was worried about transplanting them as they are now, but i'll give it a go. it would be my advice too. the PH has been fine tbh, but there must be something else going on & i suspect it may be the microbes as @CreX said. I'm going to mix my own medium this time. @Dank @Hornygoatsweed @CG420za @Totemic @CreX let me know what you think: 1 part compost, 1 part perlite, 2 parts coco (buffered with calmag & Biobizz nutes) 1 part peat, watered with some weak compost tea, will add some myco as well. I'm limited to what i can get quickly where i am. So I've popped my other 2 beans into water now, in an effort to try save face if the rest dont make it out of the transplant - i did put the request up on the rules & guidelines which no one has said anything about so i'm assuming its all good.
  18. Looking very good @stretchy those plantjies are gooooiiing! I think you might be taking a early lead here in the comp man, going to checkup on my box today, pretty sure they wont be as phat as yours, well done ekse!
  19. Just got back after weekend, plants are thriving and light burn much less noticeable. Still no nutrients, the compost in my medium is sufficient until they are in final pots. #3 is still going
  20. Thanks mate, 5 of 6 beans broken soil so far. I think the 6th one was planted a little deep so may take some time to pop. Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk
  21. Thanks I was more curious what you use so I can buy one ๐Ÿ˜›
  22. @greenkush I can print some labels for you. If you want.
  23. Week 4: They are growing slowly, my current run is taking its time to finish up. Once done I'll move them under the 250W MH. I don't know what the issue is but I can't upload photos at the moment. Will try again tomorrow.
