I second what Chris said 👍  You gotta spend a bit. Start small, but not cheap. If you go for the cheapest options you'll have so many different struggles and just end up discouraging yourself. Starting small will also allow you to focus more. Often times even when experienced growers take on bigger grows a lot more goes wrong, because naturally there's more room for error on a bigger scale. Get a 1 plant setup, those marshydro 70x70cm tents work perfect, gona need at least 15

Hi, I hope the germination was successful? How did it turn out?  Just some advise, but you can ignore it if you want. Typically when growing a plant outdoors it catches stray pollen and makes "bush breed", cause you never know where the pollen comes from. Even if you do intentional breeding outdoors, you never know how much of your selected pollen or stray pollen influences the next generation of seeds.  I'm assuming they regular seeds, not feminised? It'll work much better i

Hey everyone, curious what local genetics have worked best for you outdoors in SA conditions. Johannesburg weather can be weird sometimes — hot days, random rain, strong wind — so I’m trying to find strains that stay stable and don’t become drama queens halfway through flowering. So far I’ve mostly tested hybrids, but I’m interested in hearing about local favorites with strong yield, decent resistance, and good terp profiles. Bonus points if they don’t require babysitting every five minutes

I just focus on my grows and let the noise slide. Most of the loudest critics don’t grow anyway. Sharing progress with people who actually care makes the whole process feel lighter.

Hey guys, been a minute...  A year or two ago I found a really impressive male in a pack of Headbanger from Karma Genetics. He had some dank terps that were present even in veg, and structure was nice too. I didn't want to select something too squat, cause my goal was to preserve Karma's Sour cut used as the mother to Headbanger. During the project of using it, I also hit a couple of the winning female Headbanger phenos I had found. Again, both were more towards the Sour side than OG.

Hi there. New to the forum and trying to figure out the formats and how to respond etc. I'm in Cape Town, we have a private social club and are looking for growers to join our club. Any advice?
