So no health benefits using the leaf and stem?

I saw some recipes where the cut up the leaves , some oil, boil , add water .

Not that I am aware of, unless it is the leaves which get trimmed off from the bud which has some resin on them. I think they are referred to as "sugar leaves".

The fan leaves will be useless as they contain no actives in them, I believe the stems as well.

You do find trace amounts of thc and cbd in the fan leaves if I'm not mistaken

Trace amounts, will such low amounts even make a difference when further diluated and extracted?

Also will the heat from the water be enough to decarb it and make it active?

In other words, is it even worth while?

Hi everyone

Im looking for a recipe for cannabis leaf tea. Any tips?

You gotta do the whole extraction process, for tea you would probably want to attempt to create or find an oil extract with the potency that you desire, and simply use that with your tea of choice.

As far as I can tell, you gotta decarb your trim before it's gonna do anything for you, medicinally speaking at least.
