  1. Wow, the final hurdle in dry and cure then for the long awaited smoke report. Great job Z Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  2. Just make sure it's the un-sulphide version. Freedoms farms also has everything organic. Try the humic and fulvic acids, they work wonders. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  3. Looks great man, hope I can pull off similar results. Do you feed on ever occasion or feed, feed, plain water etc? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  4. Rain water comes in at around 7.0, what are you watering at? Also it only rains say once a week if that so had time for the wet / dry cycle Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  5. You stay in the same area as I do Heisenberg, pop around with 2 containers for your plants and I will give you some Freedom farms seedling mix. Had to fetch it from Derek himself as the hydro shops here in Cape Town don't stock it. Also invest in their premium mix, but that's after we get her going again. Ps ...I don't work for FF and have no vested interest lol Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  6. U use that in you compost tea? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  7. 100% Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  8. I can't make any judgement on the use of cfl and my impression was kelvin is kelvin, it's all a bit technical for me. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  9. One more thing, I've looked at the pics again and see no extraction and air circulation going on. Could be an issue if so Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  10. I'm not too sure about the kelvin rating being the issue. My led's are 3500k and I go from seed to harvest under those... I think it's more pH/nute related. Likewise on the 3500k Cob here. I would transplant them into small cups if you can with holes at the bottom for drainage. My seedling soil dries out in about 3 days. The general rule is to put your finger into the soil one knuckle deep and if it's dry you water, I normally do it the next day just to push the roots to seek out water thus give you much better root development. If you want, you can bring the plants around to my place and we can have a look bud. Promise I won't lock you up hahaha. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  11. Hey Bud, Here are my seedlings we pooped at the same time. I have other seeds in small pots which have grown a lot smaller than these. Pic no2 shows the other seedlings which are smaller. Yes ph could be the issue, remember rain water comes in around 7, my tap water (and we stay in the same area) comes in around 8.3 Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  12. Hood of my first grow and what looks to be the first female. Best of luck all.
  13. Sup Bud, when will we be entertained again with some bud candy. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  14. Shot Z, I hope so 2. I have a real confidence in the medium I'm growing in, especially after meeting the guys themselves. The have a lot to offer us, including stuff like microbial feeds, fulvic and humic acids. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  15. Sup guys and Gals, Update of note, last 20 days in this soils has been something of note. 12/12 has been hit as the space has become very limited. So far so good is all I can say. Strawberry Amnesia bean from Dynafem rooted for the next grow, GSC clone finally taking and have GG4 clones which I'm hoping will root along with OG, Violator and KO Kush bag seed. Have a pleasant evening all.
  16. Regarding your clients, how are you planning on extracting the smell in a few weeks time lol. Unless you know they coming well ahead of time then you can whip them outta there for a bit. Gonna be tuff when it's flowering though. Gonna have to move that box elsewhere I suspect Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  17. I'm along for the ride, just remember I'm right around the corner if you need any help bud Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  18. I think they have quite a story to tell.... Do you train your ladies or let them run wild !! Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  19. That's great, I don't have anything as yet but I have the extractor fan in 24/7 Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  20. I've just been looking at a mix from Green house seed Co. Thoughts on the mix? I have someone going over to Austria to pick up some beans so this is a little less risky as Cape Mail is a bitch lol. Thanks for the post. BTW. ..I've heard only good things from Nirvana, how is the new local player Pachamamas? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  21. You killing it Z, how long you still gonna give her? How is the humidity, is there a fluctuation of note over 24 or do you have a humidifier? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  22. That was fantastic Trickerst, thank you. I must agree on the fact that there is both a positive and negative impact to the use of cannabis, therefore I will also agree that for now it's probably and unfortunately best the state has control of things. At the same time I hope they don't ban the possibility of being able to grow ones property as stated in the most recent judgement. I think that and a more regulatory manner to get access to cannabis is probably what most seek, except the state. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  23. One more thing, is that a bit of South African landrace in there? Some Rooibaard? What strain is your 2nd and 4th photo? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  24. Welcome Piet, or is it really Mal hahaha or just plain and simply Mal Piet. No the less that's some serious skills there bud, keep up the good work and perhaps keep us entertained through a grow journal. Keep em coming. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  25. I'm in Cape Town 2, I will check out the price first. Do you have pics of the setup T? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
