  1. Yes, Amazon (brand: Aiho) from what I can tell it's the same as a model sold here under a different brand name (Hysure), but R1k more expensive. However, Aramex and TNT are to be avoided at all costs. I'm not sure whether customs will release it at all at this point. No reply from the person handling the case at Aramex.
  2. Saw a small percentage of amber trichomes and decided to take the leap. Even though the short-rider didn't get a flush, I guess I'll find out first hand if it is a considerably harsher smoke. Don't use large amounts of nutes anyway, but we'll see. 3 days drying so far. 70% RH. Dehumidifier stuck in customs, don't know if they'll keep it.
  3. Have started to flush the AK48, will then put into 48hrs darkness, then harvest.
  4. Yep I've put two in the same pot. See pic above. I've got mycorrhizae in my shopping cart, so will soon! Didn't know I could put it in with a seed direct to final soil. I have only seen it used with transplants.
  5. The trouble is probably me, yet 2/3 seem to grow extremely slowly and also exhibit many similarly oddly shaped leaves. Anyway, again probably me and I'll wait to see what they end up like. Apparently is has been noted that the stimulation/competition between the root systems can have a beneficial effect on the plant wet to growth. Of course I'll also LST the heck out of them, due to being in the same pot. A fun experiment nonetheless.
  6. Fyi, both seeds emerged at the same time after 4/5 days from the normal FF soil without a problem. So I'm going to ditch jiffy pellets and keep things simple as possible from now on.
  7. Seem to have bad luck with these Euforia autos, anyway I'll see what they turn out like. Experimenting with germinating two more of them in the same pot. I heard about the competition being beneficial for autos, worth a try, I have loads of those seeds. Straight into FF soil this time, so also testing this "too rich for germination" thing. If anyone wants to let me know how much longer I should let the AK48 (rear-right) go, feel free. Short Rider (rear left) looks like it'll be a while longer.
  8. Btw, for those looking to avoid my missteps, from what I can gather online, this is what a plant looks like when you overwater and overheat a younger plant. A sort of blistered leaf appearance. They also feel a little plasticky.
  9. Hehe, I got the measurements from a YouTube channel, 'from seed to stoned' iirc, which uses the Yankee measurement system. I just googled the conversion to liters. The Lucas Formula just drops the Gro. GHE tri-pack Flora. 1 Gallon = 3.785 Liters 1/2 = 1.8925 Week 2-4: Micro 2.5ml / 1.25 Gro 2.5ml / 1.25 Bloom 1ml / 0.5ml Week 5-6: Micro 2ml / 1ml Gro 1ml / 0.5ml Bloom 2ml / 1ml Week 7-8: Micro 2ml / 1ml Gro .5ml / 0.25ml Bloom 2ml / 1ml Week 9-10: Micro 2ml / 1ml Bloom 4ml / 2ml
  10. Did my first nutrient feed last week, toned it down since then by half. 0.5ml Micro / 1ml Bloom per 1.875L (half gallon)
  11. Cool, thanks mate! I was planning on making "Rick Simpson Oil" with it? I also have a bit of Arthritis in my knees. But yea I'll definitely be looking for a nice, roughly, 1:1 thc/cbd ratio auto strain that isn't hard to grow (chose these partly because of their easy growing nature, so I could learn all the important aspects (added my first proper feed of nutrient infused water today). Yep, a genuine noob over here.
  12. My first view of trichomes! Pretty stoked. Actually haven't smoked in a couple years. Looking to cut down on the ssri's.
  13. Middle pic seems to show some sort of deficiency in some of the leaves, or nutrient burn?
  14. Dang! That's going to be a BOUNTiful harvest! Serious size.
  15. Last pic is of the retard plant, kind of a hybrid lettuce/lump. Closing in on 2 months old for the 2 big(ger) ones.
  16. Thanks man! I like the calendar idea, I'm going to do it! A visual aid seems like a perfect tool for me. I ordered the "DIY" (using supplied Wago connectors) kits from China. It can pull 240W, but I've dimmed them down a LOT, and am monitoring the leaves for any signs of stress. Doing my best to save as much electricity as possible, while still having a good light spread. Love this hobby.
  17. Hehe, So, I've got the 3500K + 660nm and the 3000K + 660nm boards in the tent, dimmed really low but about 20cm at the closest point. Will see how it goes. Reckon it's a good spectrum spread, so I'll get rid of extraneous gear and stick with this setup.
  18. Due to my extreme OCD, I've been doing plenty of things to these poor plants that I know I shouldn't have. Trimming leaves, bending stems, LST'ing at far too late a stage, removing soil to check that a germinating seed is still alive etc. etc. You name it I've done it. It all culminated in snapping off a main branch tonight. Hopefully, that jolt to my system can stem the tide of plant abuse that I'm inflicting on these poor things. I have poor impulse control I'm afraid. The middle plant is retarded because I didn't pack the soil enough around the seed, and had to intervene and re-plant it when it's roots couldn't penetrate far enough down. It survived, but you can see it's rather...flat. Here's to the future, ie. The Euforia youngling on the bottom right, the only one I have raised correctly so far. The Euforia on the left was slow and I couldn't help but scrape away soil to make it easier to break ground, which I presume is why it's so much smaller. Advice is welcomed.
  19. Thanks man, surviving despite me! Doing a bit of leaf tucking and stem pinching to expose the developing areas. I know, I do have a 100x100x200cm tent I bought and haven't opened, still unsure how far I want to go with this lil hobby. Kind of spent more money than I can afford! Although if I switch to photos, I can use the smaller tent for veg and larger for flower, get a perpetual deal going on. Perhaps that would pay for itself over the years.
