Just to answer your question @CerealKilla ... I do have a system in place where spammers are blocked before even registering an account but these spammers are always working out ways to crack those systems so unfortunately spammers are now getting through and registering again. All profiles have to be approved by the admin and I do reject ALOT of registrations because most spammers have tell tale signs, especially in their nicks ... unfortunately some are less obvious and so I do approve them and then subsequently need to be removed once they start spamming.
