Afternoon folks

This thread can be a place where we state how cannabis helps your every day life.

I for one am grateful that dearest mary J helps my back pain and depression. Without it, I would be popping pain killers like smarties (destroying my liver) and just sleeping 24/7 as a result of depression.

How does cannabis help you?

Good idea Smokey!

I've got A.D.D, well that's at least what the therapist at my primary school said :-\ ....and although I don't necessarily see it as a problem that needs to be medicated as such I do find that cannabis genuinely helps me focus better with my work. Maybe that's just because it makes work more fun who knows  ;D but either way it does help me.

In the case of headaches I turn to cannabis before any pain killers.

Morning friends.

Living a high pressure and stress filled life has its challenges especially in today's economic climate. Most people struggle with coping and look to other means to escape or manage their stress levels. I have found that medicating on a controlled level has great benefits especially with managing stress. Obviously there are many other uses or functions but for me it's been a revelation. I can now leave my work stress where it belongs and focus on my family and their needs. Most of my friends and colleagues has a drink or two OR relies on popping pills to get the desired effect. I have one hit and somehow I can manage myself more productively.  I am sure that the medical application and it's full potential must still be realized in SA and once it happens many will understand why!

Peace to all!

Its Mac here:) so I thought I'd write my first (how thc helped me) forum. Haven't made it public other then this ,Hope this helps as I want to be an activist for The psycho active part in "weed" Δ9thetrahydracanabinol and non psycho active CBD and just make the world aware of the medical values and industrial values. So my journey starts @ scholl first year of high school I was diagnosed with a cronic skin disorder. Called Psriosis.bascally what it is in short . My skin grows to fast in certain places which makes it flacky and Red,Very uncomfortable and brings big amout of pain and uneasyness. As gullable as our Human race is , Mine and my families first priority was to take me to get priscription "drugs!"Well let's just say after trying many steriod creams all kinds of stuff nothing worked it got worst and so did the side effects. (Part 2).  First time smoking was at age 12 with friends .@age 13 I thought it would be intresting to see what this plant actually does. And the so called bad qualities of it..more and more time wasted so did plenty of research daily.what I found wwas amazing , its doesn't cure what I have but takes away the worst parts of it.. Keeps me relaxed and calm about it. I treat it also with cannibis oil wich sooths the lisions,   I want this to actually help people living with similar conditions.like I said not a cure but its help .I've spend tens of thousands on doctors and creams..., Now all I do is mke my own cannibis cream. Jah Rastfari

Been living with it for 6yearss still goingg strong ,thank you marijane:)

Cannabis is good for so many things in my life, I don't even know where to start.

I suffer from depression, insomnia, and chronic pain from serious bike accidents in earlier days.

I am also tightly wound and stressed as we all are in this rat race, Cannabis really comes through in this department too.

As far as what it does for my lifestyle; I dont drink alcohol at all. I'd much rather chill with a fat joint after a hard days graft, over toxic alcohol.

By growing Cannabis, it has brought me back to a time in my life before there where cellphones and all this tech, so I spend hours in the garden. I grow and breed so many other plants, and that is my passion and happiness. ;D

As far as my mindset and outlook, Cannabis has definitively changed the way I perceive life for the better.

Man, This list can go on and on....

It's so painfully clear that we as human beings are supposed to use cannabis!

In the last decades, the cannabis scene is mostly dominated by strains that contain insane levels of THC. Although studies have shown its efficacy as an alternative treatment to many conditions, it is also responsible for the psychoactive traits. Disregarding issues on its legality, the fact that it causes the “high” https://homegrowncannabisco.com/blog/cannabis-culture/most-potent-strains/ is reason enough to inhibit many patients from taking advantage of its therapeutic benefits.
