  1. Hey dudes. Do me a favour if you can... what's going on with this plant? Think I see the same beginning to happen to another plant.

    Bit stumped.

All growth points yellowing from inside to out and looking droopy/shrivelled up.

Doesnt seem to be overwatering, soil pretty dry a finger down.

Could it be a burn? Haven't fed too much, sticking to 2ml fishmix for the moment.

Medium is a little recycled FF plus mixed with some soil from the garden(we have real good shit) and a little growing medium from our local nursery.

All was going well until a few days back, suddenly plant looking bleak.

You probably deal with Abby Zhang, Abby probably speaks better English than me, very helpful, and once made payment, you watch your order go through a series of import/export hurdles quite seamlessly, Fedex called me before delivery and emailed the invoice for customs, once paid, delivery was made within the week.
Be nice and ask them to put an invoice for 50% off actual amount for customs, got to thank @Prom for guiding me through.

  4. Canna I Heal you Hillcrest is a kiff spot! Biobizz and FF + stockists plus a few other bits and pieces.

Actually a few more places to add to this list...

Another Rad spot I found is called Quintessential Organics in Virginia area.
All sorts of bits and pieces and additives and things I wouldn't know what to do with. Worth a visit. Make their own Living soil. Cool dudes as well.

  5. Hi all.

So... I saw @SkunkPharmmake his own light so figured I would look into it...
Nothing too crazy... Found the design I think will suit me (a 2' x 4' or 1.2 x 60 in English) on LEDGardener website here: https://ledgardener.com/diy-led-strip-build-designs-samsung-bridgelux/

Now under the 2'x 4' section, using the Samsung Q series, he reckons the given diagram will use 240W.

    2’x4′ Grow Space Builds

In a 2’x4′ space, we’ll aim for ~240 watts of power.

In the ingredient list, he specifies 14 x 2ft strips as below:

    Samsung Q-Series LT-Q562A 2′ LED Strip Build – 2’x4′

    Parts list:

    14x Samsung LT-Q562A 2′ Strips ($168)

The digikey data sheet for the  LT Q562A however tells me each strip consumes 10W.

my maths says 14 x 10W is 140W not 240W as he indicates. I would have expected to need to use 24 x 10W strips to reach 240W.

What am I missing? Don't wanna make an ass of myself with a comment on the site...

Any advice would be appreciated folks!

  6. I actually have an led floodlight outside shining on them every night all night. 2 plants flowering merrily under it... think it may be too far away to do any good.

Was hoping for bigger photos as my autos run didnt really yield much (Still have some autos to run and waiting on delivery of some kief Totemic seeds to add to the pile!

Looks like I may need to think of a small veg tent or something in the garage to get the growth up a bit. Then take them outside to flower.

Thanks a lot for the feedback and comments folks

  7. Hi all.

So... Seems flowering season is upon us...

I take it there isnt much point in planting for OUTDOORS any time soon. Yet I see people talk about winter grows and so on...

If I want a winter grow when do I start? And how to stop plants starting to flower to soon?

  8. So after 2 weeks and a day hanging in the garage... I chopped the plants and trimmed off most of the remaining leaves.
FASTBUDS Sour Diesel yielded 14g dry
President seeds WW3 gave me 19g dry.
Had another 5g mixed from both plants separated for fear of rotting that seemed to be ok.

Roughly 38g off both plants... not as much as I'd hoped, but considering the rot issues I cant complain too much!

Forgot closeups of the Diesel. Here are some of the WW3.
Sorry for the shitty quality... tapatalk reduces them unless you pay and it's a toil getting pics onto my PC from phone. 04286933accf839a10e6bd6c4886a5f4.jpg

Think this one was the Diesel actually. Will get better pics next time I check on them from their Terploc bags.
