  1. But my one was a lot more sativa looking with thin leaves. Thinnest of about 20 I’ve grown out so far Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I am wondering if the autoflower gene could be missed in some plants. The one I had that went about 7 weeks without showing did flip when I changed light to 12/12 with my photos. Would think the gene should be locked it as both parents were auto. Keep it going and let’s see. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Just a note. The fruit salads are regular so could be male. Keep an eye out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Looking good. Looking forward to your fruit salad, it’s the seeds I made from @Bay Seeds Vostok and Fastbuds Pineapple Express. Grown a couple myself and seen quite the variety of phenos. Current one seems to have missed the autoflower gene Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mmmmm. Would be interested to try the freakshow cross. Always been wanting it. I assume it’s a cross with a photo freakshow so will be quite the hunt to get the recessive gene to express in my understanding of breeding Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. Thought you might appreciate how this mother turned out. Got a forbidden candy clone from a buddy just about a year ago. Made a couple of clones and flowered them out while working on the mother. About 2 months ago I moved het out and let her flower out and she’s a beauty Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So the smoke report is top. Very earthy, nice change after all the candy and fruits I’ve grown lately. Got a buddy who is obsessed with it. Looking for more seeds like a madman. Seeing his reaction I was thinking of enter ring it in the stonedolympics homegrown comp. Actually never been, anyone with experience? Ended with about 80g of top nugs and did a (poorly) bubble hash run with the trim and popcorn, with some other trim and stuff as well. My drying area was off as well, 24 °C and around 75% hum, so after 2 weeks and still no snap I stuck them in open terploc bags in the fridge, seemed to work. Had a humidity meter and got them closed and steady at 64-62. Lucky to not get any mold as the area is very well ventilated Bud shots up soon. 12. It’s my understanding that thca is the acid form of thc as fresh on the plant. Once heated it decarboxolates and becomes thc. Thus the need to smoke/vape etc. for the heat Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Just changed all my indoors to 12/12 and finishing off all the photo clone I’ve been playing with over the next while. So far been getting pretty decent flowers without any backup, but the PM has been spotted over the weekend. Some PapaJ jadam and pm mix seems to have killed it off. Flipping everything also now allows me to keep the flower box open. The long term plan will just be to switch to autos after this is done and let there be lights when eskom allows. 14. Also the tortonis from the growoff were sown of the strongest genetics looking at what everyone went through. Waiting on his autos
  15. After growing @Totemic chocolate gelato outdoor this season without a hiccup I’m starting to believe. No bugs or PM. Amazing for the Cape even with the summer rains we’ve had lately Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So finally finished the chop, took a couple of lunchtimes and a skip out for the expo. This grow was a breeze, no pest issues and one bud had what might have been a bit of budrot that was chucked. Locally bred seems to be the way, well done brother @Totemic Currently hanging in a slightly warm slightly humid environment so hold thumbs not too much gets lost. Well ventilated so hopefully nothing unwanted creeping in. Nugs are great size and solid. Smells I’ll update later as it’s still freshly cut grass a bit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  21. Took the forbidden candy mother out today. Time to make space so let’s see how she flowers late season outside Got the clown 191 days ago. Made cuts that has finished flowering and smoked already Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Here we go. It’s a battle of buds and stalks against the south easter. Let’s hope the branches hold as they are starting to seriously sag. The fan leaves are also seriously canoeing, which I’m attributing to the wind stress unless anyone has other ideas. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Latest harvest was an exodus cheese busy drying. Biggest challenge has been the height, as each space is <1m, so lots of training required Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Been a minute. Seriously running out of veg space And the flowering box looking good Been getting into a nice rotation of harvesting and replacing one plant every month or so, while cloning and vegging up top. Upgraded to a Blumat system in December running 6 carrots in top vegging area and 3 in the flowering bottom running off one reservoir and been working well. Almost lasted the two weeks we went on holiday and o ly lost one plant then. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
