what do you want to do with it?

if you are wanting to use it for cuttings...it would be easier to learn how to do better at taking cuttings.

you kinda need a whole lab for the tissue cultures to work from what i understand.

this tech is better suited to a large commercial grow op that has a lab on prem

for okes at home... a rooting hormone application is way more useful

Micropropagation is super effective in a lab environment. Without that environment it comes with a plethora of issues. Before media you need to have all the required equipment... How far are you with getting these items? What have you got right now? I have tried in a SAB but I only grew contams. I've also tried with a flow hood in a "clean room with some success, but it wasn't worth the effort other than trying something new.

@CreX@Gloriosa superba I dont really      have a lab environment but I do have experience working with mycelium on agar in an SAB,I have most of the tools needed for home mycology,  It seems pretty much the same process to follow.

I just wanted to experiment a little. You guys are probably right though better try my hand at cloning, less complications.

way less complications.

also, you can take much larger cuttings that would normally save you a few weeks of growing if you are looking to go perpetual
