I dont have experience with the light in the 1st pic, But Im sure that the 85W in the second pic would be sufficient if its Sprouts only

 

How big is the Cab that you are planning to use this in? and whats the Dimensions of that Light?

Total is around 15000 lumen. Should be ok judging by the info you all posted.

Going to get a couple of beds of T5 fluorescents for veg room.

Unless someone thinks something like sunmaster 315w full nova CMH bulbs are wayyyyyyyy better

Ended up getting 2x 105w CFL 6500k and 4x 20w CFL  2700k.  It's a smallish cabinet. Just getting the ball rolling

2x105w spiral 6500k daylight bulbs

4x20w  2700k warm white

To use in around 1.5square m
