Thanks guys, Just transplanted, was quite impressed that the root structure took up the whole solo cup. Its going into a coco only soil.

@PsyCLown Hey hey, No it did not manage to pull through, ended up culling it as it was slowly turning yellow, buffered coco arrived and testing out some bag seed. Never seen any of my seedlings thrive like this so it was just soil and lack of knowledge about the soil etc.

I have never used the builders coco, could be something iffy with that coco.
Did you buffer it? Rinse it after buffering it?
It may be worthwhile getting some explogro or trichoderma to use when planting the seed, these can help prevent damping off and some other diseases.
I have never killed a seedling from overwatering, I feel it is easier to kill a seedling from underwatering as everyone on forums always goes on about how not to overwater. I know I was making this mistake when I first started growing and was letting my plants dry out too much in general, never killed any plants but certainly lead to stunted growth.
It may be easier for you to purchase some ready made coco - BioLeaf, Freedom Farms and Gold Line all seem pretty decent. Goldline has no perlite in it, you could add a bit if you wanted to but not needed.
Im thinking the same thing in regards to the coco being abit iffy from builders. I did not buffer the coco, did not even know that was a thing until this morning. Ordered some buffered coco from hydroponics.
Will most definitely also get some explogro or trichoderma. On saying that the double choc is looking WAAAAYYYY better then it was this morning. Definitely a underwatering issue.

Then Steven was very much correct.. start photos in small pots. Way easier to maintain humidity... and if you fear dry climate, put a mousture dome on and leave it on till the leave reach the outside of the dome.... they dont need much light at the start. Once they are veg state, put light on veg distance... around 400 to 600 micro mol PAR
I will definitely remember this for future, Thanks guys!

@Prom I have a feeling when I pulled the gnomo's membrane off I was not as gentle as I thought I was and I disturbed the tap root too much. It was not planted deep enough. Thats just from my assumption. I did try to save it but I ended up doing more harm then good.
Im going to start a grow diary for this double choc once im happy that its making a comeback. -
@PromThis is the double chocolate (fem). I lost the gnomo auto entirely, I just kept it in this thread.

Okay! update, seems like every hour it gets enough strength to stiffen up. Im adding small items beneath the tweezer to bring it up abit. Seems like the chances of survival are there.
Note to remember for myself, im either over watering and killing the poor things or im underwatering and killing the poor things XD lesson learnt- 1

It was in brick form @EvenSteven
Ive just ordered two bricks from hydroponics, letting the gf help me decide on a strain and going to start fresh again -

What coco is it that you are using BTW?
Try again, make sure the light is not too close to the seedling as well. Also a seedling does not have a fully developed root system yet, so you do want to be careful not to drown it and at the same time be careful not to let the medium dry out too quickly. In 20L pots, I usaully add roughly 200ml or so of water to the around where the seed is and the surrounding area (not the entire 20L pot) and then once it has started to show the first true leaves then I will start slowly keep the rest of the medium damp.
Coco holds a lot of water, with perlite less so and perlite helps add some aeration. Nothing wrong with using 100% coco though.
I do not baby my plants, no humidity dome for my seedlings, they go straight into the veg tent which generally has higher RH due to the other plants already in there.
The coco im using is the coco from builders. Just lost the double chocolate. Going to have to try something else. Not sure why im losing seedlings left right and centre. The soil in the image looks dried but it was moist below the surface.
Watered the day prior -
Thanks for all the help guys!
Got a double chocolate that should be coming out the soil by tomorrow, will have abit less love to give this one haha.- 1

Sure @Prom
It is coco peat, no perlite unfortunately
Added some mycorrhizae but other then that, 100% coco.
Sorry about the quality of the previous photo, Just got a new light. -
Update: She did not make it through the night. Possibility that I may have disturbed her roots too much while removing the membrane

Hey guys! Newbie here!
I recently had some luck germing some bag seed indoor and thought I would invest in a auto
Got a gnomo auto
The seed poked out the soil on monday, Tuesday the still had his shell on, very gently poked the shell off and the membrane stayed on the seedling, Moistened the seedling and after about 5 minutes I gently removed the membrane with sanitized hands.
As of now (20:15) The seedling does not look too happy.
It is not lying flat it has abit of upward strength but the leaves (Forget the name) are still not opening up about 24/30 hours after removing the membrane -
Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Going to start a grow diary for my indoor now!

@GGG
Picture of my outdoor, No idea on the strain, Seeds were given to me from a mate
Indoor is nothing to share, planted the double choc yesterday and the Gnomo only just started peeking through the soil.- 3

It's a pleasure being here
I am fairly new to the scene, Started growing outdoor during the first hard lockdown and since moved indoor.
Currently growing:
Autoflowers: Gnomo Auto from Kannabia seeds
Feminized: Double chocolate from Groenseeds
Looking forward to learning and growing!
When to repot?

Running umya, Been giving them the nutes a few days after popping out the soil. Decided to try the umya feeding schedule and seems to work well. Just halfed the dose for the seedling stage.
