I really think I may purchase the bubble bags for this harvest...either that or I need to try my hand at a BHO extraction

Update day 50 of 12/12

Things going well as the end is in sight. Raredankness's site suggests 50-65 days...I believe this will probably go the 65 as it was set back with all that stress earlier in the flowering period.

The top cola's were also affected by the heat stress a bit more than I thought...the lower growth is further along as the tops were growing back what got burnt

Been feeding just bloom nutrients at pH 5.8 daily still

Couple of pics:

Lol yeah I noticed that, I was always watching your updates and comparing

Noticing how's your looked at one point I was getting concerned with this scotts because it looked like it was lagging and then suddenly it seemed to turn a corner and start bulking up more

Man you lucky got got such a nice selection of gear to smoke, seeing all this wasted space in my tent gets to me...but definitely aiming to fix that with next round!

I sure hope so!

I am actually planning on growing the scotts again but from clone and to try out a scrog for the first time

I received my HSO Bubba's Gift from a bonza order but since the clones are already growing I thought they are good candidates to scrog with

You got anything in mind for the next grow?

Day 54 of 12/12 - Close up shots

So I think this grow is drawing to a close....Some of tips of the top cola's do not look as done as they should be but the bottom buds which never got slightly burnt tell a different story.

Thinking about another 4 or 5 more days and then harvest time

I ordered a LED microscope from takealot but since its sold through a distributor it is taking quite a bit longer to be shipped. http://www.takealot.com/carson-micromax-led-lighted-microscope/PLID41459138

So until that arrives I wont be able to look at trichome colour

I am blown away by the crystal coverage on this girl...the pics don't even do it justice, its coated and some of the tips are insane...very happy with the genetics as initially I was worried by the fem seed

Day 58 of 12/12 - Harvest day and final pics

Well I harvested today and it was partially forced but I didn't mind as the plants looked ready. The microscope arrived literally mid way through lol...but the main issue was I had to unexpectedly have a friend over for a few days due to some unforeseen circumstances and I could not risk the clones being seen as they are very much in a side corner (ghetto style)

Anyway I did scope some trichomes of buds that I took off and I could see some milkyness...was very epic seeing those through the microscope actually!

The 2 clones are now in the tent and getting ready for a scrog

Here are many pics since its the final....I liked the fade she was getting...Hoping I can enter a pic or two from the shots I took today into POTM

Harvest

20160815_164855_zps5fw5sv2t.jpg

This grow was actually to experiment with the H3ads formula that I mentioned on page 1. It was by far the simplest routine to follow and worked out great! I recommend it to anyone starting out on coco that maybe stumbles upon this on the forum.

Thanks to everyone who followed along, I wish I could share some of the end product with ya'll, but one day when cannabis is legal :-peace

Smoke report coming soon....

Thanks man...Yeah I am really wondering about doing a BHO extraction now with the trim...I made a bucket separate with the more sugary leaves

Hmm that is a tough one because I knew I would be flowering while she was still quite small. I guess I want about 60g worth of solid nugs. I wont be phased by the yield this time but the scrog I would like to push the numbers up

Yeah Dabs I did, I got two that are quite bushy that were growing in coco under a 100W CFL...they got a bit neglected but now they in the tent

I think she definitely is man...She went through some rough initial patches and then still impressed through to the end

Yeah they were...I actually took the cuttings in flowering time, probably around week 2 and kept the coco wet and they rooted while in the flowering tent.

Then I moved them to a cfl....Wasn't an ideal way to do it but it was much warmer in there.

Sorry i forgot to add they took about 7 days and at the 10th day roots were very noticable
