Evening Green Thumbs.. having a ball with this little breeding project of mine.. It's interesting to see the different expressions in the plants and I have two little girls in the Tent now.. One about 2 weeks into flower and the other now in pre flower. The two have the same Indica look to them with a potent smell for such young plants.. Can't wait to pollinate them and get the next gen going.. The male almost shot his load completely and there is enough pollen to get these two pollinated well..

The one girl grows 2 tops at a time and I should be able to show this in more detail in the coming week as the 2 new tops is still hidden below the last 2..

The girl in the middle is now in pre flower..

To the breeders out there.. just a question.. What will I call the seeds from these 2? Half F or F1.. I have absolutely no Idea about these terms and how you determine it..

When taking a plant outside after it has been in a vege cycle indoors at any time of the year especially early season.. it wil flower.. But it is a waste of time late Oct Nov as the plant will start to revege. I've finished plants outdoors from June to October. Not that easy in CPT though as the light hrs are far longer down here..

So with shipment you might get away with it being cheaper than FF.. But I will not change.. Had some fungus kgnat issues but since I mix Diotomatious earth in my mix I have not had anny issues.

For some reason they fascinate me... and I'm a bit skittish for them also... Have you seen their fangs...

I always expect them to bite.. When I find them on a plant it is assif I have peace that there will be no pests arround..

Cut the bottom  of the bag open.. Turned it around slip it over the plant and closed the Ziploc to the stem.. Helps catching pollen..

Morning Green thumbs.. So the male is chucking pollen and the little girl started flowering.. An arranged marriage is on the cards..

The pheno hunt is still on going and it seems as if the next lot is a bit more sativa dominant. Some more seedlings where potted up and the hunt is on..

I made a new soil mix and will be testing it with a few seedlings.. Pushing the boundaries a bit again but doing a pheno hunt with only FF on a tight budget does not work..

I germinated seed in a big flat bucket and some I did with the paper towel method and completely forgot about them on top of my light...

Planted them and they seem to be ok... 24hrs turned into 3days..

So the companion plants are coming along really nicely.. Glad that most survived my hot soil. Curious to see if they really do what is expected and they attract beneficial Insects.. Spotted a new mantis today but I don't think these plants attract them though..

Evening Growmies.. So some progress have been made.. Allot more work than what I was planning for... But as I go along I am adding some space to store soil, nutes and water.. Will be storing rain water and would like to put in a automated watering system later on for the veggies.. My girls I prefer to water myself..

I tend to get side tracked allot... a stoners life... Sometimes I will find myself staring at a part of the box with the intention to finalise a thought, but then completely forget what I was bussy doing...

This grow box is evolving into a monster.. but can't wait to get the plants in there..

The treated wood is the original plan, the untreated is the evolution..

With the Cape Dokter on a roll yesterday I will have to get the Net up first.. The plants don't stand a chance if not.. For now they all packed in spots where it is not to bad..

Some feedback I saw when I was still on Face Book was not very positive.. Would like to know if forum members have used it and what they think.. What I saw price wize was a bit shocking.. I do not think I will change from FF though..

At the end of the day Twin Towers came down... Male.. 

The 3 new seedlings in the tent show some promise.. The 1st little one below has a very strong spicy smell to it.. at 3 weeks that's a first for me.. Must be some of the LGO coming through.. The other two also have me a  b

it excited as they seem to be good enough to either pollinate or get pollinated.. I think these will carry the LGO forward..

The current chosen male is bussy flowering and I am about to collect some pollen. If one of the above seedlings turn out male.. he will become the preferred pollinator..
