Hi, nice tunnel you got going there mate. I would say you need much more airflow, indoors you try and exchange the air in the room 3/minute. Humidity might become your nightmare. It's a big high tunnel that's not covered with plants right through do your CO2 should be OK, but look out for humidity.

Thanks bud, haven't thought much about humidity my thinking was that having fresh air blowing directly onto the plants should keep things in check but mold is my arch nemesis and I'd rather not take a chance.

I see hygrometer prices aren't too bad so I'll pick one up, happy with the tunnel see it's actually 4.5x2x2m. Picked it up at Bell & Paton for just over R4000 with 10% discount which may still be running.

On a bit of a budget what you reckon would do the airflow job, currently got 4x small fans pulling air in at each vent on the one side of the greenhouse. I can fork out another +- R800 for another 4 to pull air out the opposite vents or go for 2x big fans at each of the doors one in and the other out?

  2. Greets peeps, been away for a while good to be back, so got myself hooked up with a 4x2x2m tunnel previously grew outdoors.

Currently got 2 White Siberians going, first time trying Scrog wasn't sure the tunnel would have enough height for a normal grow but I think I would have been okay.

Tunnel is being shared with some veg, anyone with some experience know if my airflow will be okay, got mini-USB fans just pulling in fresh air through the side vents and I try keep the main doors open as much as possible?

Thanks for your reply. So it is Cannabis for now.👩‍👩‍👧

Yeah, way too many strains out there to pinpoint exactly what it is. You'll be able to tell if it's leaning towards sativa/hybrid/indica and that's about it.

  4. Mother nature here just in time to flush in Gauteng, looking at a week or two until harvesting the other two ladies.

Gotta keep an eye out for mold seems we're in for a week or so of cool/wet weather.

  5. Always wondered about this, so you get indicas, hybrids and sativas and everything in between.

Harvest time as a rule of thumb, clear trichomes for head rush, cloudy for max THC and more amber more sedating right?

Would harvesting a sativa super late so there's mostly amber trichomes give the same effect as harvesting an indica early/just right? Is the high the same?

Could also be a differrent combo, like harvesting an indica early so mostly cloudy/some clear trichomes gives you a sativa high? Some stoner ramblings I guess :-stoned

  6. Decided to call it on the mildew plant, trich's are mostly cloudy so close enough to harvest time anyway. Very impressed with this strain, buds are nice and heavy 👌
