Not making excuses, although we do tend to get members asking where they can buy weed or people trying to sell weed on the forum.

Strictly not allowed of course and such posts are removed immediately.

Would help if the OP could give us some clarity on what specifically he is looking for though 😄

Yeah I agree haha, see here in KZN we have lots of dispensaries that sell everything from seeds, to bongs, to CBD products and some backdoor THC stuff thats not so backdoor I think he might be looking for stores like that

those google searches are one google search away from a cop finding them and them getting into loads of trouble and likely end up with someone in chookie - Selling weed is illegal, selling anything with the active compound THC in it is illegal. so if they as a company are okay with those risks then by all means they can advertise and run the risk - but i dont think those establishments are wise to do so.

if he is looking for anything specific he is welcome to ask and get quality answers... but if a vague question gets asked, i dont see how anybody's answer would be considered inadequate.

and if you would like to provide the fine user a list of everything he could have possibly meant then go for it man, nobody is stopping you

True, not trying to be rude or anything it just seemed like you came across quite hostile when the guy just asked for store recommendations. Couldve been dealt with better

cannabis stores that what? sell cannabis?

i dont think you will find many if any references on this fine website establishment. As the selling of cannabis is still highly illegal, i am also sure that those businesses would prefer not being publicly named

Well not really, since a quick search on google will show a plethora of options. So I think you wrong in saying they would prefer not to be publicly named? As well as that I dont see him asking for cannabis, he might be wanting grow equipment, CBD Edibles, any one of a hundred things?

Best wishes and luck on the venture B.

Covid fcuk'ed our business up and now we (wife and myself) have a massive shade house doing nothing.
Have a bunch of CBD1/THC1 and some CBD/Hemp seeds we planting this season for reasons similar to yours.
We started with party chocolates (THC man) but are lowering dosage as most of the people who are taking it are raving about a good night's sleep but waking up still high.

Early stages but we are turning our nursery from an events and conference supplier to a herbal growing gig. Salts, oils, soaps using indigenous veld and fynbos and the mother herb.
    Let's talk.

Hit up @afribloom_trading_co on the Instagram, they are Richards-bay's new local growshop and they are actively looking for products like this👍

Can't wait to have one of your packs in my hands one day, looks professional AF.

Awesome I will take a look thank you! And yes I look forward to the day 🙂
Thank you as well for the compliments!

We looking to do a CBD range soon as I found a hemp farmer (legal) who sells bulk hemp which is great. Looking to get capital from the THC side and get a mini factory some day when sales start increasing a bit

Hey brother, this is so cool and good show, looks professional and high quality.

    Yummy🙌

So, just a question to understand the product better. How many actually grams of THC is it, all together 0.2g? and because it's not the full cannabis material, and just the THC, its substantially more.

I dont eat or havent before at least (added, I lie, I have had, but didnt know the quality of quantity when I made my own edibles), so what and how does it work, and the recommended amount or dose and so on?

My mother was interested in them when someone in her art classes was chatting about it, and a potential sale, and returning customer likely too.

So in each gummy (There are 8 in a pack) there is 25mg of THC which is 0.025 grams of THC (The chemical), usually for people who consume cannabis somewhat regularly I recommend 100mg to get high and say 50-75mg for some sort of relief. Elderly people I usually recommend 25mg for relief and 50mg > 75mg to be high, although Im no doctor in the dosing recommendations and everyone is different so I would say take my advice with a grain of salt 🙂

if they're carrying the active compound (THC) you cannot legally sell them commercially.

You can however get involved with Natures Farmacy that owns some kinda lisence to sell.

low key, they are also not legit. here's whats interesting, I know a guy that wanted to become a grower for them, went through all the paperwork with a lawyer, got a warning that it's not all legal, but was encouraged by the lawyer to go ahead and do it, because of the current state and future of things cannabis related.

the paperwork is just to keep things regulated and place most of the "risk" on them.

becoming part of the movement to get things legal means at times we gona have to do some illegal stuff.

If you aren't already making plans to get these gummies on the shelf, I would say make it so!

You got my support brother! 🤘

Thanks bro thats some really useful information! I definitely want to get them on the shelves theres a few local stores wanting to buy. I am very big on being as close to legal as possible, Ive also ordered a few kilograms of Hemp flower to make a CBD range, thats going to be my main focus point while I sell some THC gummies to a few local stores until theres a way to legally make the THC side big 😛

Looks professional @jordz2203and a very cool logo. Had some home made gummies last week, and had a great night rest. They were made in the backyard by a mate, came in a brown paper bag, tasted delicious, even better after being in the fridge. How long do gummies last in your experience? I met a guy day before yesterday who makes custom silicone moulds if you are interested.

Hey! They last around 3-6 months, we have added a light preservative though but its nothing harmful. But that sounds awesome I would definitely be interested!

I struggle to grasp the idea that Seedbanks would refund you for seed that didn't germinate. Why should they? Their side of the deal was complete when you received your order nicely packaged and in good time. The germination process is completely out of their control, how can they be responsible?  The cannabis industry is the ONLY instance I've come across where people expect refunds for seeds that didn't germinate under their own conditions. There is no way to look at a healthy potentially viable seed to determine it isn't going to germinate.

Seedbank: I'm sending this potential failure to Hardcoregrowerman011 just to fuck with him. Ya, I'll show him.

I've said it before on this forum, buying seed is a gamble you take. Suppliers cannot guarantee the outcomes, in fact nothing is guaranteed. The way to get the exact same outcome is to use clones.

The CPA... Lol! you are joking, right?

It doesnt matter whether or not they can control it, the CPA states that any goods that dont work are valid for return, I expect that to especially be so if I am paying a few hundred rand a seed. Its a flaw in their own business model if they have issues with it, the consumer has a right to purchase a working product, voets toets does not apply.

    where are you based?

try make contact with the Zetler Family, they own a bunch of strawberry farms and got into commercial cannabis growing here in the Western Cape. They're more focussed on the export of actual cannabis, so don't see anything about hemp.

they might either be able to sort you out or help you go in the right direction.

    https://www.cannabiz-africa.com/first-legal-cannabis-export-in-sa/

you can find them by contacting the strawberry farms and setting up a meeting with one of the family members or what not.

also, someone on here that might be able to help with this is @Chris Jay , you know of anyone?

Thank you that helps a lot, I will take a look. Have family in the sweet industry internationally so exploring CBD medicated candies like gummies.

  13. Hi guys, Im in the middle of beginning a small business venture. We are looking for Hemp Farmers/Suppliers, I wanted to know how I can get in contact with the right people about this? I cant seem to find any info online?

@jordz2203 Interesting light, not your average blurple.

Is this the same light? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000056097180.html

If so, I'd possibly run it as Sun mode without the COBs for seedling and early veg.

COB's produce light which is quite focused, so strong intense light in a narrow area - it is not spread out much.

So this could cause issues for the seedlings.

Does any of the knobs control the COBs - the 6 bigger lenses on the outside?

Similar but not the same, mine has 1 switch not two and no app

  15. 2 minutes ago, CreX said:

each knob controls a different circuit... it depends how much draw each colour draws... you would need a watt meter to determine how much each does.

i dont think its split evenly - the red and blue will likely draw similar amounts on full...and the larger cobs may draw something else.

if electricity is not a major concern, i would run everything on max and let the plant decide what is useful vs not

Will max not kill the plant? The website claims 1000W?

I would run it blue for seedlings and the rest of the stages on full spectrum especially those type of burples. Those are one of the better burples and it will get the job done, they have the natural white to try and give a boarder spectrum compared to the original burples that only have veg and bloom switches (Blue & Red) and as a precaution I dont know how efficient the light is but with burples you usually do need to supplement cal-mag

What strength on each knob do you think?
