Could be a result of overwatering... I've had a similar reaction to overwatering. The leaves drooping and clawing seems to point to that If it was the light surely the top leaves would be affected first? edit: could even be mag def, plant is looking a tad pale

If you're not going to be mixing this outdoor crop with an already established indoor crop you should be fine. Do exactly what GrowGuru said. After the grow clean the whole grow area thoroughly before starting the next grow How are your plants looking now? Are they in late flower?

So if you're running an 18-6 schedule for veg you'll be using 6.4 units a day on the light. From there you can work out cost etc Magnetic ballasts actually use more than the indicated wattage, Digital ballasts are a lot more true to their indicated wattage

Very happy with this soil mix so far. The cookies kush has recovered beautifully from being a wilted yellow seedling to what she is now. She was topped a week ago La Blanca gold has been supercropped a bit after her topping to encourage more heads. Watered last Friday with a compost tea with some added humic mix from GG. Watered this evening with coconut water. These 2 will go into flower tomorrow La Blanca Gold Cookies Kush - Barneys Farm

Just my 2 cents but its for a propagation/ sprouting cabinet so penetration at this point wont be an issue, when the plants are into full veg then yes i would agree with this as penetration is key, but with it being a propagaion sprouting cabinet the 1 should be fine. lol i feel bad now Good point. If its purely just for sprouting then yes the 1 will be fine, but if he wants to grow the seedlings in that cab for a week or 2 then I'd suggest more spread would be needed as the seedlings would stretch, hence why they use those long tube CFL's Depends how many seedlings I guess

I'd suggest going for the CFL but doing it a little differently. The main issue with CFL's is their penetration which means you have to keep the plants close to the light if you want maximum effect so what I'd suggest is breaking up the wattage and spreading it out i.e. get 2 x 45w bulbs instead of an 85w. Or even 3 if you can and build a light rig with them
