  1. Is CBD illegal again? It would appear so, but it's difficult to be certain of anything in these trying times. Here's what you need to know.

CBD was rescheduled a year ago and given a 12 month exemption. This allowed for the open sale of products containing a low dose. This exemption included:

"CBD preparations that contain a maximum daily dose of 20 milligrams and which do not claim to treat or cure any medical condition – but instead, contain a ‘low risk claim or health claim’, including reference to ‘general health enhancement without any reference to specific diseases’, ‘health maintenance’ or ‘relief of minor symptoms’ which are not related to a disease or disorder;"
"Products ‘made from raw plant material and processed products’ which contain a very small amount of THC (not more than 0.0001%) and CBD (not more than 0.0075%)."

The exemption has however expired and is unlikely to be at the top government's agenda at the moment. This leaves a burning question for many producers and consumers who are now uncertain about where they stand and are asking....

  2. Anything that helps keep the frost off will help a lot. Although there hasn't been that much frost in Joburg the last couple of winters. Make sure they're getting lank daylight. Might get some purps from the low temps.
SkunkPharm is right about thinking about summer in your design. Poly/plastic green house materials can limit airflow and heat release in summer.

Hoop houses are soooo easy and quick to assemble.

So I chopped the lemon haze on Tuesday evening but the dry room aka garage has a humidity reading of between 53% going down to 43% as the temp went up.

I cant find the humidifier to increase humidity so are there any suggestions as to the way forward? Do I trim and jar or leave for longer?

The extra leaves still on the bud is extremely dry, breaks finely when pressed together so not sure as to which way to go now.

Rather safe than sorry. Don't wanna put wet bud in a jar. Practice makes perfect though. Sucks when bud dries too fast and gets a green taste.

  4. A good cure makes all the difference. Have been very impressed with Boveda packs. The little ones are great for in my daily smoke jar or bankie. Also seen people using them to test/calibrate their hygrometers. Been selling them for a few months and had no complaints, but understand how it's not always affordable or accessible for everyone. So did this guide about Boveda in SA and where to buy retail and wholesale.

  5. Yeah, had my fair share of doors slammed in my face by banks, etc.
I think that''s why so many of these private dagga clubs are trying to create their own in house currencies. So that they can mask their transactions from financial institutions.

    Hey hey!

I thought you didn't do forums? haha

Welcome and enjoy your stay! 😄

Hope you're making a speedy recovery.

    Shot a lot:)
Got a bit of forum burnout from the BTL days. Regret how some things went down then and was putting a lot of time into Fields of Green... too much time actually.

    Glad to be back.
