  1. Just thought Id share some trichome goodness. Plants are about 6 weeks into flower, and have just recovered from a nutrient burn (Not my fault btw). Flushed with water and now feeding with biobizz at 1/2 Strength. All going good so far, the smell is lovely!

  2. Mini Update!

So Justin420 gifted me with 2 Kush, 1 Violator Kush plants due to limited space in his grow box, forcing me to switch my plants into flower and the following is a result.

Im now also running out of space, and will have to build a bigger grow box soon. I suppose the most important thing for me was to get a good environment going, find a good soil source (Freedom Farms) and start learning about nutrients. The nutrient burn is something Im trying to fix, LOLz I got it like that from Justin - did a Flush last week, so waiting on a bounce back then will feed with 1/2 strength BioBloom.

    So on my to-do list:

Move Lemon Haze and Bonza's Kush into bigger pots.

Get a bigger box and possibly CREE LED to house 5 plants.

    Get more FF Soil

  3. Awe Ouens!

Jland, thanks for your help but the Kelvin story plays a small role in this problem. With the help of @Justin420, I switched to smaller pots with Freedom Farm germinating soil and Vwaallaaah! Lemon Haze has bounced back really, so I decided to sprout my last Kush Femanized seed from Bonza into the second cup. Watering according to dry wet system with dechlorinated tap water mixed with Kelpak - Havent had any problems since.

  4. Thanx for the info guys. Will read and research and adjust.

Oh yes this is another plant I grew at the same time that stayed outdoors and only got rain water when it rained. See no curling even though the medium is the same.

  5. Flip man! I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. These plants are nearly two weeks old already.  Help please?

As you can see, all 4 are in containers, 3 in bigger containers than necessary. I have two plants outside that I haven't paid any attention and they turned out perfect. No shrinking or curlingcb9d7f88b5f84e8c5fd87efa31b1b2e5.jpg

  6. here are some update pics for those interested. 3 of the plants are growing fast and strong while the other three are growing a bit slower. I started nutes about a week or two ago and since then they have been booming. In the last week some have grown dbl in there size.

    Looking beautiful man! Well done!

  7. Regarding your clients, how are you planning on extracting the smell in a few weeks time lol. Unless you know they coming well ahead of time then you can whip them outta there for a bit. Gonna be tuff when it's flowering though. Gonna have to move that box elsewhere I suspect

I'll either need to build a Carbon Extraction fan...or hope that my clients love that smell :)

Been quiet for a while - Became a Dad, in real life! Lolz

Anyway - I decided it was time to take my growing a little bit more seriously about 45% more seriously. Bought myself a credenza cabinet, one side drawers, the other side 500mm L x 500mm B x 600mm H. (I know its small)

I still need the grow space to be super stealth, as its in my studio which is regularly visited by clients who up until now haven't noticed anything.

    SEEDS:

Got a jar 1/4 full of bag seed which is either Lemon Haze or Guava Kush - The jar smells divine, nonetheless.

    SOIL:

Master Organics - SuperMix (decomposed bark, vermiculite and compost.  Natural nutrients added)

Master Organics - Patio & Tub Mix

    Lights:

100w CFLs | Started off with 40w in Seedling Stage.ezJgsF

I also found an old pH pen in my drawer, back in the days of my fresh water aquarium hobby. Full of dust. I know how expensive these are, so how would I check if its still usable?

Flippen Hell! Baller of note!Wow man, that is definitely an amazing setup to have! Pulling up a chair for this one...

  10. Years ago when I started growing, I was happy with results like this. Any bit of bud and sugar leaves would do.

Now that I've seen the potential of a plant fed with the correct ingredients, I can see how much of a bigger harvest you couldve had with this grow.

Having said that, Im still after a soil mix that doesnt need any additional nutrients added except for watering with Seaweed extract - I've seen Youtube grow, CaliGreen grow like that, so I know its possible.
