  1. I have been monitoring my other little "lady" closely. "She" is now 27 days old from planting, 1 day shy of 4 weeks. "Her" growth is exploding now and "she" is showing the following signs. Please see images below. Does this indicate female characteristics at this early stage?
  2. testing, 1,2 - 1,2 I see no image in preview. i tried to upload now. no image. EDIT: - tried again. slightly more complicated. I would suggest a upload attachment help guide. Sticky Auto scale and various formats would be cool for images. I have tried a .png and the image came out distorted.
  3. Yeah man, luckily the vid is not to long as that voice will put me into a coma. Some serious cash required for a setup like that. Very nice tho.
  4. Great thanks. How long did it take for the clones to have roots for replanting?

    Harvest time?

I agree with Totemic on this one based on the info I have gathered. More clear less CBD. Referrence @TK's post
  6. Nice progression there admin. Im glad to know the cloning process is not a ball ache. What process did you use for cloning? Cutting, hormone solution, jiffy peat pallets and humidity dome?
  7. Exactly what 420 has suggested. Here is a video to illustrate.
  8. I don't think he has any intention to quit, its too lekker. He just a got raise. Raking in R225k/m. Don't get me started on the cost of the corruption. Since 1994 a staggering R800 billion was lost on corruption. Strangely enough relative to other countries in the world SA's corruption levels are quite low, really? Ok thats enough for today.
  9. Hi Troy and welcome. I was wondering who Troy was in the shoutbox?
  10. mmm and the plot thickens. Great info StickyMo, so basically the inherent characteristics will have a bigger influence than induced environmental conditions to produce the desired results, ie, females? Very interesting.
  11. Great, thanks. Ill be paying close attention to this and try and document as I go to identify their characteristics during their life cycle.
  12. Cool thanks, I have learnt something new today Very interesting, the reason I asked about preflower is wrt mothers. Mothers you can keep for quite sometime before actually going into flowering and only triggered by the change in its light cycle. Or is my understanding of preflowering and flowering totally off?
  13. Wow, big growth in 1 week, very nice. Are you controlling their lights cycle considering its outdoors and they into pre-flowering?
  14. From the info I have gathered on the interweb, temp & Nitrogen plays a big factor to ensure desired results. My intention is to test this in winter compared to summer planting.
  15. Yeah I see, quite a few member had success with various international suppliers, provided they don't ship to Cape Town. I would love to know, who had success in any form shipped to Cape Town.
  16. Acquring BTC can be daunting at first but its not actually. Try BitX- You can do EFT's or credit card purchases. Just educate yourself with process. Holysmoke is based in Durban. You can email them holysmokeseeds@hotmail.com. Yeah they ship locally.
  17. Dont forget the old school slasluga Pondo, aka pypskuif
  18. Hi Wallis, Try Totemic or Holysmoke seeds or Nguni seeds if you dont want to buy from GSR. Good luck with your hunt and let us know where you found some. Im sure lot of users will like your input?
  19. Cool guys, I am of the same opinion on saving energy not just for monetary sake but for environment as well. First thing I did in my house was change over to LED and quality geyser timer. My geyser runs 3 hours a day. The 1st month alone I saved about R250. I am currently running a LED grow light. I am using about an extra R80 bucks a month running my grow cab. So far so good. Want to try and find out want I need to run my setup on solar power? All useful energy saving tips most welcome.
  20. Welcome GanjaFarmer. Im sure you will learn alot here.

    Harvest time?

Hi guys, here is an update. I harvested this morning before the start of its light cycle after 2 weeks of flush. 90% of the pistols are brownish red and trichomes milky white with 30% amber. My first impression of the strain not being Northern Lights could be incorrect. The sweet citrus smell definitely a characteristic of this strain. Here are some images. 1st day into drying. Not to bad yield for a 20cm bonsai IMHO
  22. Really cool, shot a lot Ill definitely make use of that. Have you checked out Hydrobuddy. Its an open source app that helps you calculate nutrient solutions. Looks complex, for a very sophisticated nute soup
  23. Found this, thought Ill share it here.
