I think the EHG nutes are similar to Hortimix nutes which I have heard good things about and it's really well priced!

 

If you wanted to increase yield and quality, I'd suggest using nutes and not just relying on the soil and bonemeal for nutrition and consider upgrading your lights at some point.

Lol dude at the shop told me its basically Hortimix with food coloring.

220v cheapy Cobs would do the job better imo... 

As @PsyCLown mentioned they are under driven to increase lifespan and less heat to deal with. I doubt its 10w leds mots probably the dual 5w leds. dono the efficiency and all that jazz though. check if your leds look like these

Hps/Mh is much cheaper at startup but your power bill will soon catch up to a decent Qb/cob setup
