This is the reason I want try my hand at making auto fem seeds from a auto fem seed. Seeds should be free

I have some reg auto seeds if you want to get a male and pollenate your fems.

getting the timing right with fem autos is quite a mission

  2. Howzit,

Anyone out there doing preservation of genetics? Any one who would like to share genetics?

    Genetic preservation definition:

This is how I see it.

Buying a pack of seeds and planting them all. Separate the males from the females. Collect the pollen from all the males. Pollinate all the females. Collect the seeds. Life times worth of growing and you have plenty of seeds to share with your friends.

Pollen chucking is not hard every one can do it. Seeds should not be a monopoly controlled by a few. Genetic diversity is key.

    rant for the day done

oh and if anyone wants to share lent me know I have a couple of seeds lying around if you want to swop mostly regs but that is what I am into.

I thought that about the SC from the Farmacy too. Really chill smoke, ticked all the boxes and the smell mellows in the cure beautifully. Just my opinion but it needs to be scrogged, which is no fun indoors. Next time I'll grow it in 3L pots, keep them small so everything gets good light. Did the Big Bhuddha grow the same? Would be nice to grow two strains and still get a proper even canopy.

The have the same stretch. It stays short.

The only way I can see this type of plant performing well in my grow style is if I ran it a couple of times to get used to the soil.

The plant needs a lot of available nutrients at the moment, which my system just cant supply.

I agree it is a heavy feeder. And the nutrients needs to be available at the right time. She may do better in freedom farms with the biobizz range of nutrients.

  5. I must say that I never understood the hype about the whole cheese thing, but after getting my hands on the real deal I now understand. The Super Cheese from Dagga Farmacy and the Big Buddha Cheese 2017 Betty Boob club winner is the best cheese I have seen and smelt.

It came out with a nice fade and quite frost🙌🏻

It has enough frost. But that is not really why we grow these genetics. I will have to run it again now that it is fully matured just to see what it actually can do. What is nice about this pheno is that it lakes long cola’s with very little branching and the nugs are all the same size from top to bottom. I do have some issues this time round. Thrips like usual and my rain water ran out so I am watering with well point water and this plant is not enjoying that.

  7. First 4 pics - gorilla Fumé 2 different females. I can sort already see which one I will keep. Just from selecting on structure and rooting of clones. Still waiting for the terps to come through. From experience with OG crosses I know where from 7 weeks the terps will come through.

pic 5 & 6 is the Florida Gaspack from Humboldt. she stinks already.

then it is the OKCxGTH, Jedi’s Code, GG4 ( sticky af already) and the Runtz smelliest plant of the bunch.

  8. Looks like hard work this. I just buy malted barley from the beer shop. Grind it up into basically flower, put it in a teabag and brew it for an hour. Sometimes I add some molasses and feed to my plants. Sprouting my own seed is time consuming thus the malted barley.

  9. What I have learnt over the last 6 months is that plants like to grow together. If you are doing these outdoors I would do 4 plants in a 40l pot. Do lst training on each plant in a different direction. It does not take much for them to be happy.
