Hi all. This is my first post. I've been lurking around here. I just found these bugs on a few plants. Never seen them in my life. Ill go ask at a nursery but thought I may as well ask here. These things sit in groups tightly bundled inside the new growing shoots and it looks like they hide from the sun. When I pull the leaves on the tips of the branches open they scatter and run away. Bleh
