  1. Ah that would be awesome to see a comparsion actually!

Shit man sorry to hear that about the Bonza order....but maybe there is still hope, could be caught up at the post office if they still have a backlog or something....Unless it was lost along the way you should still receive some notification about it. Email Bonza maybe...they have always been excellent with communication when I contact them. Are u cape town side?

  2. Ah...alright....Yeah I just went with Lucas formula and the Nutriplex since at the time it was the only thing available

With the EHG, hortishop still cannot provide the guaranteed analysis and I have been on their case about it....All they have said is that they did try make it as a replica of GHE

  3. Hmm I dont have info on hand....it's just from a while back from reading though a lot of threads it just seemed molasses based nutrients dont really go so well with straight coco unless its like a mix with peat moss, worm castings etc....

I was just thinking given your clean set up, something seems to not be gelling and was wondering if it is not the Biobizz...

  4. From what I know the Lucas fomula aims to achieve certain NPK ratios outlined by Mel Frank?

For coco its slightly modified as mentioned by h3ad in this thread https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=55683

Using nutriplex with the Cannastats calculator attached, the ratios are pretty similar especially in the K department though....

Not sure if Nutriplex has been updated since I used their guaranteed analysis from a few years back but according to that it should be quite ideal for it surely?

  5. Update - Day 40 of 12/12

Sadly the pics visibly show the curling of the leaves from the heat stress. Actually when I think back now, I think my extraction fan has been turning on and off at times recently until it eventually just gave up! :(

I was very irritated by this as I wanted this grow to go without fault...Oh well I am at least happy to see a canopy of buds developing along. I am going to take them to 65 days this time...last time I went 58 I think

Also moved the light up a few more centimeters

Taken now just as lights went off

  6. Hey Dabz, I was away for a few days and came back to a broken extraction fan and very hot tent....Not sure how long it was not working for but the plants have some heat stress. Put new fan in today and will try update this weekend

  7. Day 20 -12/12 some lights off pics from this morning

Cleaned up the bottom of both of them more, aiming for just top cola quality...had quite a few fluffy buds from where light didn't reach on last run

The increased air flow has done well

  8. If I may throw my 2c in on your question....I wouldn't call it a common trait with fem seeds since many of the ones I have had look like healthy seeds similar to how those outdoor bagseeds look. I have received the more pale and lightish ones whch despite their size germinated just fine

GSR's storage was probably shit and the seeds may have been old

  9. Its the 1.5ml Micro and 2.5ml Bloom per litre of water throughout veg....Flowering period is the same until about week 5 then start phasing out the micro

Watered daily with pH strictly at 5.8 and maybe the odd 5.9

Its the ratio of 6ml micro/9ml Bloom per gallon for Lucas formula for coco

  10. Yeah definitely

Ah I agree to an extent...Just some breeders are more careless with their fems...but otherwise I havent had any hermi's from the one's I have ordered yet

I want to try more RD gear and TGA, those will be regulars, so can do a nice comparison
