  1. So I looked up some vpd charts. Seems like for a ~65% humidity for early flower I need to run over 30 celcius

So going to add a little fan heater and checking what that does to growth

  2. So been itching for an upgrade, as always. The space is coming together as some of you might know. This weekend I’m heading into the automation game.

After a lot of research and being a iOS developer and Apple guy, I settled on the Aqara range for now. Got a camera+hub for R1300, temperature/humidity sensor for R350 amd switches for just over 400 each.

The first 10 mins went smooth. Pairs the camera and sensor and got this with no fuss.

Currently playing with Siri Shortcuts to get a historical graph. Got the sensors output to a file and into Charty, giving me this.

  3. Update time.

The three clones have taken beautifully to the seed tray and the dnd forest inspiration scene is coming together.

The mother got replanted with fresh soil and lifted a couple of centimeters

  4. Getting ready for season I prepped 3 spots for a full season photo run. Currently thinking one of each as I have cuts ready or rooting: Charlottes Angel, a 3 blue kings and my Tortoni #2.

Going with the Dirty Hands Elemental blend, 2 cups per hole in the veggie patch for now. Going to give it a week or three and that should be safe to plant out.

  5. So had a homegrown Sunday afternoon. Tasted a bit of the #1 post dry before cure, very nice smoke and a lekker up high from the early chop.

Got inspired and whipped up a stir fry with my cabbage

  6. Ok. Enough of this kak. Can’t stand opening the tent so while I had time and mostly cloudy, took them down.

Was an awesome comp and came a long way. Grow space is upgraded and running a lot better, as long as I check my dosages. Something to never forget.

Good luck to everyone still competing.

Will move the vegging #2 to the flower box soon and prob start a round of vostoks!

    Runt #3 up first

  7. Finally took some time to look at the girls. Eina.

Cleaned up the dead bleached peroxide surfer wannabe leaves. They are not looking dead and seems thanks to my kak spraying seems like the buds are still mostly healthy.

Foxtailing continues on the runt, but #1 seems to have been shocked into standstill, no surprises

  8. Think the shock is over. Took them out. Seems to be mostly the fan leaves amd some sugar ones. Buds themselves look salvageable and some milky.

The runt seems to be foxtailing from the stress.

  9. if the plant doesn't seem stunted by this and is continuing growing on healthy like normal you can defoliate.
Though, I think what you sprayed is inside the plant already, even though it's a contact treatment product it was obviously a bit too concentrated and the plant took something in that wasn't meant to. it does not look like surface damage. for this reason I would advise not to remove biomass otherwise the stress will just translate to what good growth you have left. you may just wana step back and not do a thing right now. if a leaf is past 50% of necrosis or falling off by itself you can remove it. if you don't see healthy new growth, don't defoliate. only once you see healthy new growth you know there is minimal stress remaining from the damage then you can go ahead and defoliate.

Seems like the best plan. Haven’t touched them since Sunday morning. Will take a look later. Been too distraught to even visit them

  10. Aaaaaaaaaand looks like I’m out. FFS!!

So after spotting the dreaded white fuzz on the leaves, went for the trusty h2o2, not thinking about its a different bottle and brand. So this one was waaaay more concentrated than the dischem one.

Saturday morning before the spray. Yes. Overwatered again
