Depends heavily on which cannabinoid though. THC gets all the spotlight but honestly the newer ones like THC-P are wild - same therapeutic angle but way stronger binding to CB1 receptors. For actual chronic pain or severe symptoms it might be more effective at lower doses than regular THC. CBD still the safer starting point for most people tho, no psychoactive side effects and solid research behind it.
