  1. Very nice... No perlite in that Just Cannabis soil?

Curious to see the outcome, pitty they are not all clones though as I feel that may give a more accurate representation of how the soils compare.
Regardless, still very cool and I want to see the results! haha
No perlite in Just Cannabis or The Grow Shop. Both retains a lot more water (or feels like it, much heavier) than Freedom Farms.
  2. Agreed, basically using this to test the "no feed needed" soils.

They are/will only be fed water and a weekly/fortnite dose of tea until deficiency start showing.

For brewing I have got a heated magnetic stir plate with an airstone:

  3. Medical Mass & Painkiller will be planted in the ground and the Mighty Grape will be in a pot (57l or 95l, haven't decided)

~60l holes will be made and filled with recycled Freedom Farms which I mixed with worm castings and a few other ingredients a few weeks ago.

Not sure yet what soil I will use for the Mighty Grape but leaning towards The Grow Station's Living Soil.

Seeds were soaked for 24H and planted today in 1.5l pots with FF seedstarter

  4. Will be growing three plants, each one in a different medium, i.e. Just Cannabis, Freedom Farms & The Grow Station.

Would have liked to grow more than one plant per medium but money and space is limited.

Seeds were soaked for 24H and planted today in 1.5l pots with FF Seedstarter. Although both JC & TGS states that their soil is good from seed to harvest, I don't want to take chances..

They will be transplanted to 20l Fabric Pots and start off with only feeding with water and maybe adding some tea. Biobizz on standby if needed.

  5. I planted in a 40l pot outdoors end December and she still needs to go a few weeks. The whole pot is a thick mass of roots which is why I am planning on trying out 100l pot (the next available size after 40l fabric pot) this coming season.

Also, if you are not going to train her and leave her to grow tall, the 40l pot tips over easily.

Soil is going to be expensive, you can make your own (Search the forum for "Organic Super Soil and Promix"),would cost you almost the same as freedom farms and from what I have read, better than ff.

  6. Have been smoking the Amnesia Auto XXL (1) the last 3 weeks (has been in glass jars for about 8 weeks)

Definitely a sativa dominate smoke (what I was looking for). Currently my only smoke and I often find myself cleaning or doing tasks after I had a some. I procrastinate a lot and this really helps get me going.

  7. Everyone survived last night, was hectic! Lost two branches from DP (1), during the afternoon already.

Moved them and secured DP (1) last night, really difficult having a 2m plant in a 40l pot.

DP (2) getting close. Removed a few "inner branches" which recieve very little light, and due to thick foliage on her, hope it will help with air circulation. This was done after photo taken.

I haven't done a comparison and plan on doing do with upcoming harvest, but it just makes sense to me.

    I do 3 bucket wash:

Room temp water with Bicarb soda & lemon juice

    Warm water

    Cool water

About 30 second rinses, hang to drip dry in semi lit garage for 24H after which I proceed as per normal drying and curing
