Thanks, but really, IMHO it's all about the cost-benefit ratio, which is is really the lens through which I view my own grow project, plus with the legalization of home cultivation and use, the whole indoor thing becomes increasingly more questionable as you now have a far lower risk factor of police raids...... It just doesn't make sense, indoor growing come at such a high cost, like talking triple bottom line here, the setup costs are high, the electricity, special nutes and stuff are all extremely high, and it's bad for the environment, I mean we still make power from coal and so you talking about a big carbon footprint here you can do without.....

So really, I'm keen to try my outdoor,  I know I'm not a pro, but really, I don't find the reasons for indoor growing all that convincing for me, I'll still get weed that gets me stoned and help with pain and my epilepsy without being irresponsible to both my budget and my environment. So what if they brag about better quality, at what cost dooes that need to come with? I mean, you can buy a golden toilet, with butt scanners and warmers and automatic pooping chairs, but at the end of the day you just want to relief yourself and flush the shit away.....

No, wasn't laced, I was ignorant about this (obviously) before, but apparently the mould is extremely toxic and can cause permanent brain damage or even be lethal....

Anyway, just goes to show that like everything else in life, everything has some risks, but seriously, are you going to avoid driving in cars because you want to avoid getting in a car crash?

Just DON'T be stupid like I was.

So, I had just started smoking bit of weed at the end of last year, got some weed from a guy in the post and smoked it the one weekend, but kept it in the bankie in my drawer. The next Saturday night I took it out, took one rip from the bong and can't remember anything for the next week. My dad said I just wanted to go sleep and was lethargic the next day, but I was apparently looking fine and drove to work, at work I just stared off into space and was bit unresponsive or something like that from what I hear, they phoned the parents who fetched me, I was in hospital on drips and stuff, doc said something to my dad about mytotoxins or I don't know....

So about 2 weeks later I was able to get a grasp on reality again and started to keep my memory again and man, it was so mouldy, not even a blow torch wanted to burn it.....

Fantastic post btw... I'm kinda guilty of giving my seedling only tap water and did let it go bit dry once, but.... it's doing fine and will now start following this kind of advice especially when I transplant and get those nutrients come pay day....

Saw they had a cheap ph testing kit with a color chart and was thinking of getting it as well
