  1. DAY 35

Sins there is about a week or 2 left or less before the flip to flower I have decided to take a chance and repot 2 of my gals.
Hope the gamble plays off, didn't look like they had any shock during the re-potting, the Velcro makes it very easy to trance plant them
Added about 10L of coco to the new pot (ph/nut), buff for the new soil to match as closely as possible to existing media to prevent fluctuations and shock.
Haha there first time being outside

Wow man really nice going.. You on point for the flip.. When you planning on doing the deed?

Thank 🙏they have responded well, very hardy and fast-growing genetics
I thinking of doing a trellis net so if I flip on the 3rd of July, They should be on point🤞. Normally they stretch a lot the first 2 weeks after the flip

  3. Day 33

The LST is helping to keep the canopy flat, did a bit of defoliating this week as just for some more light penetration will do some more this  coming week

Definitely... My tent stays open... Plants are getting 120w of light and my Temps are between 15-22 degrees. Go see what mine look like, link in my signature.

I don't think they doing too bad with the lower temps✌️

The node spacing looks better this week I turned the watts way down for 2 day now they are ready for LST

I see you have good node spacing, Nice 💪👌
will definitely consider lowering the watts a bit as the tight nodes can give me a problem in the future

looking good man! i think you may be the leader of the competition at the moment with your lovely ladies!

if you want them to stretch a bit, give them a tad less light.... either dim down to 200w (still a shit ton if you ask me) or raise the light 30cm

Thanks, man really appreciate the kind words, Still a long grow ahead 😬😁
The lights are dimmable from 23W to 586W so going down to 200w is definitely an option but for some reason, it makes a bit temp difference in the tent about 5-8 degrees C and unfortunately the lights is at the highest it can go (small tent 1700h x1200l x620w)
Do you think I must maybe sacrifice some temp just for 3-5 days to get them to stretch a bit? I'm at 27C now so would probably drop to 19-21C

  7. Internodal spacing looks like its going to be compact! Looking Healthy !

Yip its a bit close for my liking , I think its due to the 300w of light that being pumping in to control the temps in the tent , would prefer a bit more stretch to them

  8. Day 20

They have all re responded well to the training method

But would say that I see more potential from (c) that has been topped

  9. Recovery after a top shouldn't be too long, +-2-5days

I have topped the one so its going to be interesting to see the difference in growth rate

Must say im really learning a lot from everyone and all the different styles of growing

  10. It says on the bag that you need to feed with your watering. Mix up some seeding strength ferts because you'll starve her with just plain water.

Yes definitely agree to feed with the first watering (light feeding) . From previous experience the coco is highly buffered with calcium, and a deficiency at that size would be unlikely in a 11-27-8 NPK mix , Testing the run off would be the safest option to know where the soil ppm sits at

  11. Nice one, good decision to start lst early.

Thanks, yes looking at the time left before flipping im wondering if toping is going to slow them down to much

    Day 22
Things began to go a little south from Friday last week. The plants started to droop a bit. As overwatering was out of the question I assumed they must've been getting a little root bound so I decided to transplant on Sunday.
Suspicions were correct. They were fairly root bound at the bottom of the pot. Nice healthy roots though.

The plants were transferred into 25 cm pots with a vegging soil mix. They're starting to look happier tonight. I'm gonna top them tomorrow morning.

  13. I would say high VPD, causing over transpiration, which in turn takes up to much calcium as calcium is an immobile element and increases throw transpiration. Calcium overdose gives lockout of potassium, magnesium, manganese, and iron.

Iron and magnesium lockout stop chlorophyll production and that why the yellow/pale leaves. By feeding more would not fix the problem and would make it worse

Looking at the coco mix(on the bag) there should be more than enough nutrition not to cause deficiency, would rather focus on getting that VPD fixed

Well that's my 2 cents 😬😁 hope it helps
